Just finished bulking up. Left is 155 lbs in July, right is me now at 190 lbs.

Dirtiest bulk ever, didn't track a single calorie. I put on a little muscle, and definitely put on a little fat. Going on a cruise in June so i need to cut back now.

5g creatine everyday, protein powder, vitamin D and zinc supplements, eat pretty healthy diet, lots of spinach/quinoa (they supposedly have a natural anabolic effect), get lots of sleep.

I'm a NEET and I do full-body workout 7 days a week. I have no life so I'm able to dedicate as much time as I want to fitness/nutrition.

Lats need to be worked on separately. No amount of pullups is going to fix this, the only thing that works is deadlifts, deadlifts, deadlifts. Happy new year.

So, when you are cutting, dont be so much focused on maintaining muscle mass because on a cut, the main goal is to lose fat. While you are losing fat, you can still build muslce, and i encourage you to do so, but when you're that big... dont worry about maintaining you're size because you need to obviously be smaller. Eat 1000 calories less than you're supposed to, and be unhealthy with your cut to lose the fat quicker than everyone else. Dont try and maintain muslce or be in maintence calories because it just isnt gonna work out that well.

Its not simple, its hard as fuck but, basically, fast 6 hours of the day, burn minimal a total of 500 calories which takes about 20 mins, 162 steps a min, burning about 1480cals and hour and then eat some shit after your workout and you'll be shredded. I have a 50gram protein shake thats about 230 cals, only using water and then just eat some high protein shit after and you're set. Hit abs also. This was me before i started losing weight
