Since I injured my lower back, all I ever feel from deadlifts is entirely always in my lower back.

The reason is because my word back fatigue fro taking time off deadlifting and it's taking a lot of stress as it's not as strong as it sued to be.

Dont remember the unit but it was roundabout 700. I went because I was kinda depressed and I thought it was low test, apparently not. I just went to GP. At least back then I was still motivated to lift and learn and fap.

I'm a tall lanklet and I'm having big trouble with my squat form. I've started over a few times now, highest I've ever gotten was 200 lbs, been lifting for about 1.2 years off and on. Every time I start getting close to that weight it starts getting scary for my knees and I have no idea what's wrong.

My latest start has been with a big focus on lifting from the butt with my feet flat at all times, no teetering forward at all. I've found that this is extremely difficult for a couple reasons, firstly my knees want to pitch inwards and I have to consciously push them outwards and strain my hams to do it, and secondly my hips feel like they're going to pop out. Is this wrong? I assume from my experience with other lifts that "good form" will just feel the most natural, but with squats I've never found this sweet spot. Can someone point me towards videos or advice for people with a similar build? Tall, skinny, long femurs?

But it's just as a suggestion.

Pretty much just look over the spreadsheet and pick whichever you like better.

And honestly, as someone who has worked with both the medium and large load, they are very very similar.

I see people try to force their hips too low all the time.
Until you pass the knee, hips rising without a back angle change is a good thing.

Figure out if it truly is a matter of hips rising too fast. That is, weak quads and not taking the time to be slow off the floor.
Or if you're just forcing your hips too low at the start.

Always pulling with a rounded upper back also definitely increases risk of injury and long-term spinal health.
Don't be too quick to dismiss it just because some elite lifters use it to be more performant.

Depending on your proportions and individual strengths, almost locked knees when the bar passes your knees doesn't have to be a bad thing.
It probably isn't a good thing, but the only real way is to practice pulling a lot, and looking critically at your performance.
There aren't many "hard" rules for deadlifts, or the other big compounds for that matter.

If your quads are really strong relatively, then you just need to figure out whether you're starting too low or just not taking enough time off the floor.
Don't panick, practice.
