Varies by lift, but around 60-70%. I've been doing Leemangramming to drive up my rep strength, and it's working, but I want more.
A 15RM at 60-65% doesn't really bring enough volume to the table. I'm just not sure how much more to add.

I'm not getting coaching from him, just to be clear. This is just his style of cookie cutter.

Start with a 15RM (he uses twenty, but that's a bit much for me). Add weight each week, doing as many sets as needed to get fifteen (twenty for him) reps. When you need more than three sets (four, if you're doing the 20RM), switch to a top set with two 5% back off sets.

Lots of high-rep sets, which is what I needed, and lots of pushing for reps, which is what I wanted. The low-end volume just isn't cutting it for actual strength gains, though.

Pretty good

I proved that I was innocent at uni, and was given the option to punish the person who lied about me. Said no because I feel like that'd come back to bite me somehow. Next week I plan to do a triple squat at 170 which I feel is definitely possible, also aiming for hopefully a single at 170 for deadlift which might be a reach but I'm hopeful

The last part specifically just feels incomplete and too rushed.
Reading it I made it seem like "loaded" and "slacked" is a 0 or 1 state, and it's actually a lot more complicated than that.
Also it's far from being the only reason why lowbar squats are often the heaviest you can manage. The contribution and limitation of the back muscles is a big issue as well.

Would also be important to note that, while the "contribution" is lower, their effort is still similar on both styles of squat. It's just that one of them has a bit more "contribution per effort" than the other due to more efficient mechanical positions.

Supposed to do 75kg 5x5 deadlift and 70kg 5x5 squat. Did it the opposite way round. Warmed up with 5 paused 60kg squats. Practiced fast lockout on deads.

Try resting 4+. Usually 5 is enough but see what works for you best.
