If you fuck up your Spoto Press when doing 6x4 @%85 bad things happen

You can't roll of shame when you're wearing a belt

Dumping 225 isn't as loud as you expect it will be

It is laughable to try doing 5x15 CGBP @ %50 after that shit, and even %40 will be a massive struggle.

Delt raises are super fun why don't I do these more often?

Supersetting Chinups with Deltraises is very humbling.

You're going to have to first focus on your running form
Secondly you're going to have to actually TRAIN sprints by sprinting
Second is plyometrics like jump squats and jumping split squats
THEN you're going to start doing fast high rep weighted back squats with a reasonable amoutn of weight.
But don't go to hard on those. You could black out and end up in the hospital, if you're lucky.

If you're decently athletic, well past puberty, and possess fairly developed strength, then proper sprint training could cut a second off of your 100m, depending.

Sub 11s would require a innate genetic ability to start though. You're bout going to get a 13s guy to 10.99s unless he's grossly out of shape or overweight and has that genetic predisposition for speed.

Go and actually stretch, like work towards front/middle splits, pike and pancake/straddle and tell me you can't squat deep.

I have trouble getting into the proper starting position on the deadlift. I try to setup really carefully, brace and pull my lats down, etc but my lower and mid back always looks rounded af.
Have been working on hamstring mobility for a while to no avail.
