I worked legs twice a week

Workout 1
Squat 1x3 rpe 9
Deadlift 3x6 rpe 8
Front Squat 3x6 rep 8

Workout 2
5x5 Squat ATG paused rpe 9
Deadlifts 7x3 rpe 6
Front squats 3x6 rpe 8

Every 3 weeks I would swap the squat variation and lower the deadlift reps by 1, I would make big jumps inbetween the 5x5 squats 10 pounds a week but if you swap the excercise every 3 week you should be able to do this weekly

So apparently boardshorts "caught" some fourteen year old girl taking secret pictures of him on her camera phone while he was at the gym.

I'm not sure how exactly he knew she was taking pictures of him. Nearly every smartphone has both forward and rear facing cameras, so even if he heard camera snap noises it's quite possible the girl was taking selfies in the gym. The only real way he could KNOW for sure that she was taking snaps of him is if the phone had only a rear facing camera and he heard a snap, or if he saw pictures of himself on her screen.

I find it quite sad that boardshorts felt the need to tell everyone in /plg/ something that probably isn't even true. I realize he is probably delusional in regards to his attractiveness, and assumes any female attention (intentional or otherwise) is some kind of ploy for her to get his dick but expressing his fantasies here on a public board is pretty sad.

Also I seriously doubt any normal fourteen year old girl would find him attractive. He has a strange ferret-looking face and is quite fat.

That's a possibility but it would require her to manually enable the flash or low light levels. We've seen pictures and webm's of boardshorts gym and it's safe to say it's very well lit, so I don't think the flash would have automatically triggered, which leaves the other option. If she was trying to secretly take pictures of him, it seems strange she would enable the flash.

So the only real option is she accidentally enabled the flash and took a picture. I'm not sure how likely that would be, but it is a possibility.

Yea, I should be at 1k within a month or so however, my E1RM is around 900lbs I started taking lifting seriously like 3 months ago and got really interested in power lifting, wanna compete by the end of the year real bad.

I went from 175/135/205 for 5RM to 250/190/325 5RM since then, the dopamine rush from adding weight every workout has made every other hobby I had super unfulfilling in comparison.

I think you should use the standard 2kg lowerbody 1kg upperbody. Just start using 1k for upper earlier than you would with a man.

It's worth switching to an early-intermediate routine like TM or Candito's LP once those increases get too hard. Microloading is good but going too hard at it to the point where you're adding 0.5kg per workout might just not be worth it. It gets mentally tiring to be grinding reps on every workout. A program that alternates between intensity and volume will be less exhausting, and usually more fun.
I also didn't mention 1kg for lowerbody because she's likely gonna be stalling on 1kg upper before that, at least according to rip.

I'd also suggest trying to work with sets of 6-8 instead of 5. Justin talks about it on his TM books if I recall correctly. Women generally handle more reps for the same %, and can handle more volume overall.

Also, I'd incorporate power snatches in the program too, along with power cleans. Or maybe even the full snatch/clean. I think crossfit goes to show that women generally find the oly lifts fun.

Get adobe audition or a good audio editing software and clean the noises out. It takes 5 seconds to clear out all of that noise.

Are you doing low or high bar? The depth is great but the form itself could use lots of improvement.

For the bench, arch your lower back, retract your scapulae and tuck it down. You want to feel your traps and lats tight. Think about presenting your chest to the ceiling. This is not a meme, it's good for shoulder health, puts your chest in a stronger position, keeps your entire body in a tighter formation (instead of having your back slacking) and allows you to lift more weight.

You REALLY have to fix your squat then. That's bad form for lowbar, atrocious for highbar.

There's a video on supertrainingtv with max aita for people who squat highbar. I've read good things about it, so you might wanna check that out.

As for the software, if you have both premiere and audition, you can simply load the video on premiere and right click it to edit the audio on audition. On audition, you simply go to the effects rack and click on adaptative noise reduction. You don't even have to mess with the settings there, it works pretty well with the regular settings. It then exports back to premiere easily, and then you just encode it. Takes 15s to edit, the encoding time should be 30min or so for a 15min video.

You might wanna reduce the time of the video though. Specially if it's just your training. Keep it short, 4-5min.
