I think one benefit to equipped is that it makes the 3 lifts more even in terms of importance. In classic the bench is so outweighed by its opposite, the deadlift, that being a good deadlifter is much more beneficial.

ive never used wraps for the same reason i find equipped retarded. tons of lifters say that the wraps have sort of a flossing effect on the musculture surrounding knees and say raw reks their knees, they arent squatting 1000lbs though.

Fix your form firstly while deloading. If it's shitty, then the little muscles that contribute don't get their share of strength gains since you're most probably using the stronger muscles to save yourself from difficult spots.

You could also try switching to a higher level routine, so beginner to intermediate, intermediate to expert, or some other kind of routine designed to give you slower, but surer gains. But you have to judge if you're ready and it's not that your diet and form aren't on point

Allan Thrall has a video called "your back is whack" where he talks about correcting anterior and posterior pelvic tilt.

Lordosis is anterior pelvic tilt; it is especially noticeable if you are bulking (fat) imo /ime.

He recommends a couple of stretches (lower back, hip flexors) for it, as well as strengthening your hamstrings and core tbqh.

Check out the video and try the stretches, strengthening, see if it helps.

You can also try core foundation lower back "exercise" video. Its really good as a squat and deadlift warmup tbqh.
