I would aim for a bmi of 17-19. If you're on hormone therapy you can probably go to a bmi of 18 and under and look and feel good. Otherwise, you might want to aim for a bmi of 18-19 since you will have more muscle mass than the average cis woman.

If you do end up having to quit ritalin I suggest trying Wellbutrin. My psychiatrist was thinking of evaluating me and putting me on meds for my ADHD symptoms, but most of them went away (or got less bad) when I started taking Wellbutrin. I know my ADHD is not very severe, but some meds is still better than no meds at all.

I want to get skinny, the only time in my life that I was skinny was when I was a kid, until I turned 7 or 8 that was when I had a lot of psychological issues due to family issues like my parents fighting almost everyday.

With that I started getting anxious and getting more and more fat in a very short time span. This led to me getting bullied at school, having no friends and spending all day everyday in my house doing nothing but watching videos and playing videogames, while eating chips or whatever the hell was available in the house for me to eat.

I've gained and lost weight as the years passed and now I'm 18, 5'11 and weigh 85 kg, my body's all flacid and I get frustrated everytime I think of it because I think it's my fault and I don't really know if there's any way to go back to being skinny again.

So I came here and hoped you guys could help me out, I started taking Phentermine to see if that helps and I've lost around 3 or 4 kgs in 2 months, but I want to lose weight faster, but I also don't wanna work out because I don't like how the body looks if you do exercise.

Could you please give me some advice or tips? I would appreciate it very much

working out also means jogging, swimming and stuff like that. You won't get bulky unless you do it intensively, it's even more applicable if you're a woman. I suggest you go for a 30 min run at least 2 times a week, it may sound really long, but time passes really quickly when you run

I had a similar childhood. I'm now 31 and have the weight under control but I can't say the anxiety has gotten much better. My advice to you is to take it slow, don't take drugs to speed up the process, and make it a lifestyle change. It needs to be something you can maintain on your own. The other reason not to take drugs is you have anxiety and mental illness from your fucked up childhood, and that's a recipe for becoming a drug addict like I was.

So read the FAQ, and eat under your TDEE. Eat healthy. Hang out here to stay motivated, pickup the good habits, ignore the bad ones.

For exercise at least get some walking in. It's great for your mind too.

I didn't consider those things. I remember one doctor saying I should go for a walk at least three times in a week (Because I do literally nothing, I don't get off my chair unless I go shopping or to visit a doctor).

Swimming sounds like a good idea too, it would help a lot and I used to enjoy swimming a lot when I was younger.

I should take it slowly, I agree with that, but I often forget about my diet and I start gaining weight again. I also feel desperate when I think that I cannot change this in one day or two, I hate it.

And yes, I have some mental issues too, I'm taking other pills for that, but both my nutritionist and psychiatrist said that it's okay if I take the Phentermine too. But then again, I think about what you say about making it a lifestyle change and I think you are right, because if I don't change this totally then I'll probably end up getting fat again.

I'm reading the FAQ and the TDEE to get started, I'm hoping I can make this work.

Drink lots of water, but anything without calories is probably fine. Some people find caffeine helps them fast easier, but I find that it only helps for a few weeks and then I got a tolerance causing the appetite suppression to not be great.

meal 1: 100g berries + 100g of skyr + 10g almond slivers
meal 2: 100g surimi/salmon sashimi/masago + 100g of haas avocado/julienne carrots/julienne cucumbers with a sprinkling of sesame seeds

Get a nice bento box and some ice packs for day trips. For longer stays, find a supermarket near by and get all your food beforehand so you don't have to rely on the pantry of your hosts
