I was similar. I leaned out with a lot of muscle. I don't care about being skelle, just wanted to be thin. It worked out well.

Do TDEE - 500kcal and you won't even be hungry and the weight will be off by the fall.

I've been doing this for one week and I lost 2 kgs already.
3 meals a day. Counting kcals like a madman and you'll do great. Go for veggies: zuchinni, brocolli, carrots, spinach, mushrooms.
Fruits too: apples and bananas but careful because they have high sugars. I stick to one banana and one apple a day apart from my regular meals.
Side effects: Low energy, but you can compensate with coffee and green tea. Drink PLENTY of them. And just water or teas in general, otherwise you'll feel dead ( At least that's what I am feeling like if I don't drink. )
I also take MultiVits.

I happen to have uni as well during the lunch time but I never bring my food to school. I suggest you eat before school or when you arrive home.
For lunches (or diners lol) I eat one of these:
-salads ( cucumbers, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce ~200-300 kcals) without adding too much dressing : just a bit of lemon, salt and pepper.
-100g chicken with 50g rice.
-cabbage and tuna + half an avocado ( really low kcals and keeps you full.)
-spinach with some zucchini and lemon
-mushrooms with brocolli
Yogurt ( 0 % fat with a bit of garlic ) can make a good dip if you hate the taste of veggies lol.

Does anyone else overlog certain types of food on purpose to keep you from eating as much? I usually have a peanut butter sandwich for lunch but I log it as two sandwiches and just seeing the number that much closer to my calorie goal is enough to keep me from overeating. Ive actually started over estimating everything while keeping within 1700 kcal and I've broken a long drawn plateau that way.

REplace the brown bread with oatmeal+banana if you want(will keep you full)
Before any meal drink a glass of lemon +warm water.
Add more veggies too and you're good to go.
For binging: chew gum. drink coffee. smoke cigs.

Just to clarify, I do want to lose more weight. My point was about genetics - I'm now at weight which would be considered underweight and have always been, but my legs still look odd and lumpy. I admit it looks much worse in this photo and that's why I posted it - it's funny.

Prepare for your weekend of being stoned and binge-watching shows/playing vidya by stocking your fridge with only 0 calorie sodas and a fuck ton of fruit.
Make up some jell-o, make up some smoothie bowls, make some 0 calorie juice popsicles.
Have some plain popcorn on standby, as it's low cal for snacking.
I also like to have coffee and 50 cal/3tbspn hot chocolate on deck.
You'll be set and have a wonderful weekend. The more you do it the more willpower you will get, and you will find yourself not needing to lock your funds.
I've replaced snacking by doing activities like shitposting, taking cold baths, taking extremely hot baths, building blanket nests and laying in them, playing with my cat, making faces in the mirror, sinking into my mattress.
Being stoned isn't all about snacking. Smoke alone, and smoke calorie free.

It took about a year desu. School year: Oatmeal for breakfast everyday. Raw bell pepper, grapes, and other fruits grazed upon throughout the day. Dinner was usually a whole bag of steamed vegetables. For the Cymbalta make sure to taper off. I was on it a while and had withdrawals. You'll feel like shit for a while but it passes.

Honestly I'd recommend taking nothing. I've tried so many different meds, over so many years, none of that shit broke my depression and I ended up with lots of time talking to stupid psychiatrists that never helped and spending lots of money (amerifat here).

Yeah work out man, you'll feel better and it will get rid of that "roundness" of being sedentary, you'll look all angular and cut. I want to address this post and all of the posters in this thread should read it, especially those of you who have chosen to go down the hardcore restriction route (sub-1000 cal/day.)

If you are not aware that fruit is also extremely high in carbohydrates and that foods like vegetables (and beans) offer much more carbs than they do protein, YOU DO NOT KNOW ENOUGH TO RESTRICT SUCCESSFULLY. You are setting yourself up for a brutal failure.

It took me less than 3 minutes to compile the following info:

1 apple = 95 - 130 kcal., 22 - 25 g carbs, 0 - 0.5 g protein, 0 - 0.3 g fat.
1 cup (steamed) mixed vegetables = 100 kcal., 20 g carbs, 4 g protein, 2 g fat.
1 cup (steamed) brown rice = 220 - 250 kcal., 50 g carbs, 4 g protein, 2 g fat.
1/2 cup (boiled) red kidney beans = 115 kcal., 20 g carbs, 7 g protein, 0.5 g fat.

Total: 530 - 595 kcal., 112 - 115 g carbs, 15 - 15.5 g protein, 4.5 g - 4.8 g fat.

You're dealing with a diet which is approx. 85% carbohydrates, and less than 10% protein.

Regardless of your goal (to build muscle, to lose extreme amounts of weight), everyone should be keeping macronutrient ratios in mind when trying to figure out what to eat on a daily basis. If you use MFP, the app will automatically track your daily ratios underneath the "Nutrition" tab.

A good general rule of thumb is as follows: 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein. If you are heavily restricting, stick to this. You'll see variants with greater carbs (for "bulking," which is basically what you're doing right now) or with greater protein.
