Not after the OMD retcon. Its explained in the follow up One Moment In Time, everyone (including an alien that was literally attached to his body and connected to his mind) forgot who Spider-Man is by way of a combination of magic (from Doctor Strange) and nanomachines (created by Tony Stark).
