Melee mode:
Primary a short form like sword.
Secondary form extends into a spear/staff style
The "teeth" can be activated into a chainsaw effect. Passive ability "The Hunger": Very good at wearing down anything strong enough to not immediately get shredded.
Fight style is a lot of slow heavy swings in short mode and faster mid range strikes in long mode.

Range Mode:
Automatic energy rifle. Minimal recoil. Holographic sight.
secondary mode allows for multiple targeting via "Target Rich Environment" ability.
Chainsaw function can still be activated in Range mode. Two rows of Alternating teeth.
Fight style is mid range cover and supporting fire. Different dust cartridges grant different projectile effects.

Unorthodox uses: Melee mode can be ridden by embedded the blades into the ground and then balancing on the staff.
Range mode can activate the chainsaw to reveal weak points at close range via stabbing like a bayonet.
Charge shot uses quite a bit of ammo but deals much more damage and accentuates the effects of the Dust ammo.

Mechanism is strong enough for the chainsaw to carry it's wielder up even vertical surfaces. EX. Stab a wall and ride it up. energy shots can heat up the surface of tough materials to make it easier/faster to climb. this can also be used to slow down on ceilings and floors when launched by enemy attacks.

SEMBLANCE: "Anima sana in Corporae sano"
The ability to bring things to life temporary. On extreme levels even reversing death if recent. Animated objects have their own personalities.
extreme event brought the to life permanently. Having bonded with its master [WEAPON] can fire and activate its abilities even when not wielded. Charge shots to move its light frame around the battle field at high speed and repeated fire to orient itself in the air.

But that's not all. I dunno. She's still clearly maimed and probably won't ever have the combined skill and maiden power that let her kill Ozpin again. She's ditched her weapons (which she probably can't use now thanks to being down an eye and having a scarred arm) and is relying entirely on her magic, which will likely downgrade her from being impossible for anyone but another maiden or silver eyes to beat to just being a very dangerous opponent.

Combine that with the fact that will still just take Ruby going rage mode to shut her down again, and I don't see her being as she was ever again.
