In Canon, Vader and Sheev are the end result of the Rule of two, and are the most powerful Force Wielders the Galaxy has ever seen (at least, that we know for now. Snoke is still a mystery to us). Not including Celesials like on Mortis and Malachor of course.

In Legends, it's probably more debatable. I'd still hand it to Vader personally, but it's probably very rational to think Revan would win too. There's definitely other Legends Sith who would beat Vader. I never liked that about the EU, how writers kept trying to top each other by creating "bigger and badder!" characters. Felt like characters were reaching comic book-esque demigod status. Like, Sheev, or if we're talking OC only, Nihilus. Who looked like a Death Eater from Harry Potter. Hybridism begs the question of which species can breed with which.
Even if we just take humans and the fact that they can breed with Twi'Leks, you could probably expect them to be able to breed with Chiss, Mirialans, Pantorans, Togruta, Zabrak, Utai, Umbarans and other basically-just-human species.
The probably can't breed with Hutts, Geonosians, Ithorians who are too different.
But what about things like Wookkies and Weequay?

Expanded PVC isn't too expensive anon. I got enough material for his armor for 50 bucks. And the nice thing about expanded PVC is that if you fuck up heat forming it is, you throw it back into the oven and it resets as long as you don't crush the cells in it.

Plasti-dip and/or bondo also helps fix your fuck ups.

I have dyspraxia, so my motor skills are fucked up and have more or less no muscle memory. If I can make alright costumes, you can too.
