Yes we do. Luke found Ach-To when looking through all the files R2 downloaded from the Empire. He probably broke the map into pieces so the First Order couldn't find him, but if someone absolutely needed him he still had a chance of being found. The only thing we're not sure of exactly is the motive but that will probably be explained in a like in Episode 8.

Pretty cool that they got Genevieve O'Reilly back. That doesn't actually bring the Force back into balance. TFA made that clear from two sources, Lor San Tekka and Maz. The Sith may be gone but the galaxy is still out of balance, still mired in conflict and suffering.

Look at it it this way. The Sith took the galaxy out of balance. Just destroying them doesn't fix it, they were just the ones who caused the imbalance, the imbalance, all the damage they did, remains. It hasn't healed. The Force is still being fucked up by all the crap that's still happening. There needs to be an opposing action to bring the Force back into balance. Again, killing the Sith wasn't enough, but it was a great step in the right direction. It will require Jedi to fully balance the Force. Luke wants to train them, Snoke wants to stop him. It's not just the galaxy but the Force itself is still at stake.

Seems very risky making a sw movie without that at all. If not someone like and Emperor's hand or and Inquisitor, then Vader will definitely appear and wreck some shit up. Hell, it is possible that the last inquisitor will bite the dust here, since they are so adamant on killing them all off before ANH.
