This is the Webcomicker.
Note his blank, thoughtless stare, his willingness to meekly pander to any who would pay him any mind, and his general oafishness.
This is the beast the hugbox of eternal praise and the notion that every word of criticism is trolling breeds.
The is the sum of all your sins, /co/.
Why?
>>77354719
So that we may never forget
>>77354674
Why is it so hard for people on /co/ to let others enjoy what they don't like?
Why is it so hard to understand that something being "objectively" bad is ridiculous by its own nature?
Why must /co/ be so hypocritical and have so little self criticism that they blame anyone that is tired of this bulshit of being an ass kisser?
Is the hand staber a bad artist? Yes, most likely.
Does it affect anyone, ever, who doesn't actively goes out of his way to follow what he draws?
Who would ever know; Not at all.
Furthermore, try writing a story one page at a time, one page almost everyday.
It doesn't matter that it goes slowly, or even that some people don't like it, myself included to be fair. It is really hard, and it is more that anyone on /co/ is ever going to do, let alone be successful enough to make a living out of it
So excuse me if I see this threads as a sad "Wha wha whaaa, that guy makes money doing something I think I would do better if I actually tried, but I won't"
Fuck it, really.

What an overrated piece of garbage. Frank Miller has really ugly art and the writing is no different than what an emo teenager would produce while he sits on the toilet trying to be edgy.
This should be good

>Frank Miller has really ugly art
Did you pay attention to the composition of the panels and how he directs a page? If not, you're not ready to properly digest it(or any comics on a more mature basis, for that matter.)
I want to enjoy something that isn't manga this evening so here is the 1 issue of the new James Bond story "VARGAR".

woooooooooooooo
Remember when not-Disney owned Star Wars put the preteen little girl self insert character in a sex slave/prostitute outfit and whored her out to an evil dominatrix bitch that hungered for Anakin's cock?
That was a good comic.
>>77354475
That was a remarkably good idea.

Literally who? What a terrible show.
National City? I seriously doubt the city encompasses an entire nation.

We're about 45 minutes to showtime. (if links don't work, please post ones that you're watching on!)
Miss an episode? Netflix has all of Season 1 available to watch. Miss one this season? Our pastebin below has links to a site to watch on!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our GCPD issued pastebin for the show features some links and stuff to previous episode discussions and social media accounts for the cast and stuff. I've bumped Season 1 into it's own pastebin so we've got a nice clean slate for spaghetti to fall on.

"A Bitter Pill To Swallow (Nov 16th)
>Gordon and Barnes continue cleaning up Gotham, and Gordon comes face-to-face with one of the city's most dangerous hitmen, Eduardo Flamingo (guest star Raul Castillo). Meanwhile, Nygma and Penguin cross paths again, and Bruce pressures Galavan into handing over the name of his parents' murderer.
The Son of Gotham" (Nov 23rd)
>"Gordon will finally peel back the layers and figure out what has been happening with Theo Galavan. We'll also see young Bruce Wayne rise up and show a part of his character that no one has seen before."
[FALL FINALE] (Nov 30th)
The show will be back sometime in the spring for the second half of the season. I speculated last week that there's a few possibilities;
- the show came back from its hiatus this year on Jan 5th. Jan 4th 2016 is on a Monday.
- The show came back but then went on another mini hiatus...i think for the world series? That was on the 19th, the 18th is on a Mon for 2016
- X- Files will be on in Jan 24th through Feb 22nd, possibly at Gotham's time slot, leaving Feb 29th as the next available Monday.

Round-up of the information available so far.
>Set in 1982.
>Professor Charles Xavier has rebuild the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters and recruited Scott Summers, Jean Grey and Jubilation Lee as his students. Hank McCoy and Alex Summers are helping him run the school.
>Magneto is on a self-imposed exile in Poland, where he has fallen in love with a human woman, with whom he has a young daughter.
>Mystique is transversing the world, rescuing young mutants from danger, most recently Kurt Wagner, who is brought into the X-Mansion.
>Xavier is called by CIA agent Moira McTaggert to investigate the activities of the Cult of Apocalypse, who worships the original mutant, En Sabah Nur, who has awakened to wreak havoc upon the planet.
>Apocalypse has enhanced himself with advanced technology and has absorbed the powers of multiple mutants. Upon his awakening, he views both the humand and mutants are disappointments, and decides to purge the majority of Earth's population so the select few spared can rebuild a stronger society.
>To accomplish this, Apocalypse begins assembling his Horsemen: Ororo Munroe, Warren Worthington III and Betsy Braddock.
>Ororo is a pickpocket whom Apocalypse recruits in Cairo and becomes his most loyal follower.
>Warren is found as a sideshow freak in a fight club in Berlin.
>Betsy is located while operating as a spy in Moscow for mutant broker Caliban, who also becomes one of Apocalypse's followers.
>Apocalypse seeks Magneto as his final Horseman, but he initially declines. However, his powers are exposed, and the superstitious townspeople execute his wife and daughter via firing squad. A guilt-ridden Magneto slaughters the entire population and, in his despair, agrees to join Apocalypse.
>>77353866
>Magneto in Poland in the 80s
But why, the commies were incredibly antisemitic and most of the Jews who survived WWII left the country in the 60s. why not just fucking Israel
>Mystique attempts to reach out to Magneto, but when he refuses her help, she joins the X-Men to stop him, bringing along Kurt.
>Magneto's son Quicksilver also joins the X-Men to find and rescue his father.
>Cyclops is a "bad boy", a loner who is unable to control his powers and the most reluctant to follow Xavier's guidance.
>Jean is a introverted young woman struggling to control her powers. Apocalypse's awakening changes the timeline Wolverine had earlier fixed, and she begins experiencing visions of the end of the world brought forth by Apocalypse
>Nightcrawler is the wisecracking comic relief.
>Jubilee is the upbeat, fun-loving comic relief.
>At one point, Xavier is brainwashed by Apocalypse
>Xavier/Moira, Cyclops/Jean and Magneto/Mystique are the romantic pairings explored in the movie.
>Mystique is the field leader of the X-Men.
>William Stryker returns as a CIA consultant on the mutant phenomenon.
>Wolverine will appear in minor capacity.
>Apocalypse will cause "widespread destruction" across the planet and essentially live up to his name. Moreso, he is a charismatic leader who encourages a tertiary point of view to the opposite ideologies of Xavier and Magneto.
>The final battle takes place in Egypt.
>Quicksilver will have another standout scene.
>There is a fight between Cyclops, Jean and Storm.
>Famke Jenssen will reportedly make an appearance in young Jean's visions.
>It is the "end" of the FIRST CLASS trilogy, but there are further movies in discussion, and both James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender have reportedly renewed their contracts with Fox.
>Warren found as sideshow freak in Berlin

Either the movie makers were really stupid or whoever wrote this doesn't know the difference between Angel and Nightcrawler.
This art is atrocious. Who the hell thought the Batgirl artsytle would work for Hellblazer? At least the last Constantine series looked right.

Why do so many Image books feel like they have a tight budget lately?
>>77353611
I hadn't noticed. Which titles?
>>77353611
They probably do. Doesn't Image only take work from people who are already financing all the art and writing themselves?
Not a lot of people left who have that kind of leisure time, anon.
>>77353611
What do you mean?
Robot Chicken: Maybe it's just me, but I just realized I can't tell if they all reprises their roles in the Wild Thornberries sketch (minus Tim and Tom) or had good imitators.
>Paul Reuben didn't voice PeeWee
>>77353583
I don't think they've used Reuben for any of their recent Pee-Wee sketches. Dude's getting that network TV money now, I can see why he wouldn't bother.
>>77353649
>network TV money now,
I only know that he going to appear in Gotham.
He voiced the Riddler in the DC special. Why not record the lines there?
>>77353687
That was him? I didn't catch that. I honestly don't know why they didn't kill two birds with one stone. Maybe it was money scruples.
>I only know that he going to appear in Gotham.
He's also been making appearances on that Blacklist show. So that's two things, at least.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/movie-did-terribly-universal-pulling-190338176.html?soc_src=mediacontentstory&soc_trk=fb
>This movie did so terribly that Universal is pulling it from theaters after 2 weeks.
"Jem and the Holograms," the movie reboot of the popular late-1980s cartoon, opened in wide release October 23 and has done so poorly that Universal appears to be yanking it from theaters after only two weeks. Though a small number of theaters have the movie on their schedules, it has disappeared from most theaters, and Universal isn't reporting any box-office figures for it after last week.
This is an unheard of move for a movie that was in theaters nationwide."Jem" came in 15th place its opening week in theaters, taking in $1.37 million on 2,413 screens. That's $570 per screen.
Things didn't get any better for the movie its following week. In 2,417 screens, "Jem" took in $387,925. That's only $160 per screen.
Is this a worse movie then Delgo?
Now I wanna see this out of curiosity
I didn't even know there was a Gem movie
It's only flaw is that it missed the 80s nostalgia bump by about 6 years.

Why does beast boy only transform into a gorilla, a cat, or a bird in teen titans go?
>>77353244
He had a pretty small set of go-to animals in the original, too.
Gorilla, T-Rex, Whale, Turtle. And then something for a visual gag.
Because animators aren't experienced in drawing various different types of animals in motion. So characters that transform tend to end up having standardized shapes that the animators can know well enough to meet deadlines.
To expand on this further, this is why in Digimon and other monster battle anime and cartoons as Digimon reach higher levels the majority end up just being humanoid, because it makes things easier for the animators.
>despite the hype and push Superman: Lois and Clark still debuted so low it's not even higher than the #42s of Action and Superman
Do you think this'll finally convince DC that no one who buys their comics actually wants old universe stuff back?
>>77353117
I think they were convinced of that a while ago.
>>77353256
But then why would they do Convergys and especially this book?
Important to note that Titans Hunt was a failure too.
I loved the old universe but I'm mostly ok with the new one now that they're establishing connections and history again. It just sucked to lose all that.
This is airing in 1 hour's time, anyone planning on watching it?Anyone planning on streaming it?
I don't think so.
thanks for bringing it to my attention
Ah, there's already a thread for it then. Glad I checked before making one.
It starts in half an hour.
