Check out our GCPD issued pastebin for the show features some links and stuff to previous episode discussions and social media accounts for the cast and stuff. I've bumped Season 1 into it's own pastebin so we've got a nice clean slate for spaghetti to fall on.

Some of our older discussion threads have been lost, but others have been restored. If you missed an episode or you wanna read some live reactions, check em out!
Well on one hand I think this is the first time we've had two threads for a Gotham episode while it's been airing.
MIIIIIND CONTROL~
>>82837883
for some reason mods autosaged the last thread
Is it going to fail or at least lose a lot of potential viewers because of the casting controversy?
>casting controversy
That's not Iron Fist
>>82837842
Pretty sure the average motherfucker doesn't care.
I don't think most people know or care about the casting controversy. I've barely heard anything and I actually try to find comic related news.
What will hurt it is that it looks boring as fuck from the trailer.
What are some good science fiction comics/webcomics?
Dresden Codak
I just started reading this. Good so far.

/co/'s thoughts on The Brak Show?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13Fhct4tm8Q
Brak used to scare me as a child
>>82837730
just recently binged it
strong start, petered out pretty badly when clarence showed up. and i liked clarence. havent finished yet because it just appeals so much less at this point
So what is /co/'s opinion on the newest Overwatch animated short "Dragons"
https://youtu.be/oJ09xdxzIJQ
>>82837554
Fucking Awesome, also there is another older thread filled with those not as easily impressed as I
Could you have worded that in a more marketing-like way?
It's ok, I guess.
>>82837554
The face reveal was full of feels. /v/ and /owg/ didn't believe me when I said that Genji can remove the mask but can't remove anything else really because that's his body now.
The salt tears will be even greater tasting when they do a lore piece on Pharah and reveals that she's got artifical arms and legs, as she's missing them from above the elbow/knee.
>>82839069
Still a million times better than Gearbox's paid shills on /v/ trying to promote battleborn.
What the hell was this guy's problem anyway?
>>82837545
is that peter david lol
>>82837545
He's pissed his agent couldn't book him in anything better after Toy Story 2.
YEH
Why does /co/ thinks about Jumanji: the animated series? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbZZKEJXz9U
>>82836797
Superb intro and outro frame the essence of Jumanji's horror and wonder perfectly, relatively good atmosphere when the kids shut up long enough to let scenes sink in, interesting plots and domino effect situations, seldom satisfying conclusions (it's a half hour cartoon that needs to soft reset before the next ep afterall), often terrible morals.
I don't understand the appeal of the character design. The MAIN characters in particular.
Villains and side characters are actually better looking.
Why is there a parking lot between some characters' eyes and their nose?
Why are everyone's eyes so far apart?
>>82837333
maybe they tried to imitate the nickelodeon weird style?
>>82836664
Post one more fucking waifu/imagedump thread and see what the fuck happens, pal.
I can get behind a waifu thread
>>82837058
Oh no you fucking can't. Contain your shit my man.
Would you bring it back?
Netflix reboot would be cool.
>>82836635
Why does Lady Gaga in her metal suit want Futurama brought back?
>>82836978
I don't get it.
Great characters stuck in mediocre shows
>>82836235
elaborate
>>82836281
He was basically a reptilian lawyer version of Dexter.
Now imagine Dexter in a magical girl show on Disney.
That's what OP meant when OP said he was a great character stuck in a mediocre show.
>>82836235
This, holy shit. He doesn't deserve to go up against little shits like Ludo, Marco, and Star. He deserves an animated drama series.

Is the new Spider-Man comic any good?
Can it be enjoyed if I've never read an Ultimate comic in my life?
How 'Spider-manish' is the new Spidey?
I actually like Carol's hair here. It looks hot.
>>82834983
Only like 2 issues so out so it's not much of a read. I mean, the last Miles run was like 20 or so issues anyway, so just read that.
>DUDE THE 80S ROCKED LMAO
Why do people like this trash again?
>>82834867
They did though
Literally only "90's kids" deny that

Unless you're a huge faggot you still can't deny the first 2-4 seasons were gold.
>The trailer begins noting "the next great hero" is on their way, and we see imagery of Batman and Superman facing each other that looks like an altered Batman v Superman promotional image.
>We see main character Emily (Vanessa Hudgens) riding a train to work with other morning commuters, when a big battle involving the DC's Crimson Fox (Atlin Mitchell) causes the train to derail. Crimson Fox catches the train, but Emily, unimpressed by what's happening, looks out the window and asks the superhero, “Sorry to interrupt, could you put us back on the tracks?” while another woman yells, “My shift at Orange Julius starts at 9!”
>We get more of a look at life in this reality where the DC superheroes are a fact of life, as Emily notes in a voice over she’s “a claims adjuster for a very special kind of insurance company.” We see one of Emily’s coworkers ask, “Since the damage was caused by Wonder Woman, should we deny as an act of god?,” to which Emily replies, “Technically, she’s a demigod, so it’s kind of grey area.”
>Emily is shown meet her new boss, Del (Alan Tudyk), who turns out to be something of a nightmare – demanding a “25% increase in denials by the end of the month.”
>As Emily stands up to Del, she begins to feel more empowered and “I Need a Hero” (from Footloose) plays, as she walks into the office in slow-mo, her long coat flapping like a cape around her. She’s also seen interacting with her friend and coworker Teddy (Danny Pudi), who asks her, “Can I be your sidekick? I’ve got a utility belt.”
>During all of this, we continue to see examples of the DC heroes permeating the existence of these characters . Hawkman is shown on the cover of Rolling Stone, looking very much like his classic, bare chested comics incarnation more than the Legends of Tomorrow version. And we see someone yell, “He’s not Green Lantern! I have proof!” about a good looking man with dark hair.
>As the trailer ends, Emily’s coworker, Jackie, declares “I wanna nail Aquaman so hard.”

is it in the same universe as Arrow and the Flash?
so the MCU is getting bigger on Netflix
I'll be honest I am excited for Blade and Moon Knight
http://www.screengeek.net/2016/05/16/blade-ghost-rider-and-moon-knight-being-lined-up-for-netflix-shows/
also here you go for the ones that don't want to give clicks
>It seems as though there are certain channels that comic book shows find success on. For DC, it seems to be CW. Smallville ran for ten seasons on the network, starting way back when it was called the WB. Now, a new generation has come along in the form of Arrow. From there, it has churned out The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Vixen is on CW’s sister station, in the form of an app, called CW Seed. Now, DC’s other shows, whom are not getting their nutrients from their home network, are migrating over to mother CW. Constantine was canceled on NBC. Though, Matt Ryan’s title character has found his way as a guest spot on Arrow. CBS didn’t want Supergirl, evidently, so now season two will move over to CW. But it looks like Gotham is doing just fine on Fox.
>The latest rumor suggests that shows Blade, Ghost Rider and Moon Knight are next in line for Netflix(although I will point out that we initially reported Moon Knight being planned back in September) but offers little to no information:
>With Marvel, it’s not really a network, but a streaming service. Netflix has housed the ever-popular Daredevil, and his teammates that will assemble into The Defenders. The first show in this MCU, Agents of SHIELD, has played out three seasons so far on ABC. It has tried the same magic that Arrow succeeds at in the form of spin-offs, but falls short. Agent Carter was kind of a spin-off of SHIELD, as Hayley Atwell’s title character guest-starred on the show a few times to set up her own. But really, she’s a spin-off from the movie, Captain America: The First Avenger. When her Marvel One-Shot, on the Iron Man 3 Blu-Ray, brought her much clamor, it was time to give her her own show. But now, after two disappointing seasons, Agent Carter is canceled. And fans want her moved to Netflix.
>SHIELD’s actual spin-off, Marvel’s Most Wanted, didn’t even get a chance. Bobbi and Hunter were written off the show, so they could move to their own. Will they come back, when Coulson and the gang realize they’ve shipped them out into a black hole? I don’t know, but I do know that I’m very frustrated with this. They didn’t have a chance. I mean, come on, Oded Fehr might have been playing Kraven the Hunter. Kraven the Hunter, guys!
>It looks like Damage Control is ABC’s last hope. Yeah, yeah, they still have SHIELD. But Netlfix is where it’s at. So we won’t get anymore Agent Carter. We’re not getting anymore Mockingbird. And if we get Kraven, he’ll probably be several Spidey-sequels in, where Fehr will be too old to play him. But on Netflix, Daredevil and Jessica Jones continue to thrive. Luke Cage and Iron Fist are coming soon. Now there’s talk of more Netflix shows with Punisher, Hawkeye, Blade, Moon Knight, and Ghost Rider.
>If Hawkeye becomes a thing, maybe we’ll see Bobbi and Hunter move over there. I always thought that Hawkeye should make appearances on Marvel’s Most Wanted, since he and Bobbi, a.k.a. Mockingbird, get married in the comics.
>Punisher stole the show from Daredevil. Jon Bernthal, who was a fan favorite on The Walking Dead, blew the previous Punishers out of the water.
>Ghost Rider was brought to life by Nicolas Cage in two very disappointing movies.
>Blade started the Marvel movie boom. The third installment, Blade: Trinity, may not have done so well, but it paved the road for Deadpool. When Ryan Reynolds played the very minor Marvel character, Hannibal King, he was made aware of the Marvel hero (or anti-hero) whom was a little more well-known. From there, Reynolds made it his destiny to breath life into the merc with a mouth – no matter how many tries it took.
>Eventually, Blade was made into a TV show. He was recast from Wesley Snipes, to rapper, Sticky Fingaz. The show didn’t last very long, but if it had, there were plans to have its spin-off. In the pilot episode, Marc Spector was mentioned as an expert on werewolves. For those unfamiliar, Marc Spector is one of the identities of sociopath, Moon Knight.
>If Punisher got a second chance (or a third, fourth, fifth, whatever) then what about these others? With the Marvel Cinematic Universe ever-expanding, then there’s need for these fan-favorite characters. And to better server these protectors of the streets, they need gritty, serial adventures. Forget the family-friendly ABC. They don’t want Marvel, anyway. Netflix loves you. And we fanboys love Netflix. Why? Daredevil — that’s why? He was another who was offered a second chance – and nailed it!
