Hey /co/ gonna cave in to peer pressure and finally watch adventure time. Quick question though: Should I start at the beginning so I don't get lost, or is this one of those shows that only starts to get good at a specific episode?

its good in the beginning, but if you don't like the start you won't like the later stuff
>>82859249
Nah, the first 2 seasons are by far the best, 3 is alright too.
i enjoyed all the world building done in the show.

Well one of the points of the trunks irl was that they were an area thicker than spandex that hid your junk.
Someone post the Teen Titans picture.
You know the one.
Is this the best fight scene in a cartoon?
>>82858525
Lol no
>>82858525
No, this one is better, and it's not even the best.
>Is this the best ______
Didn't read afterwards, and whatever it is, no
Does /Co/ remembers this show?
>>82858472
I'm sure some people do. I do. Just finished watching the whole series like... last year? No, I think it was the year before. Totally loved it.
Now prepare for the shitstorm of people who say it's crap.
>>82858472
Catchy theme, the stories were not half bad, it was a good show but not extremely memorable.
Brace for the crapstorm.
>>82858472
Wish it would have gotten a proper ending, I would even accept a movie to finalize everything, hell even a short 3-6 mini issue comic
Speaking at Wizard World Des Moines this weekend during a Q&A session, Bennet tackled the topic of why Avengers like Natasha Romanoff or Steve Rogers aren’t showing up as part of the show’s escalating conflict with Hive and his army of brainwashed Inhumans:
>I don’t know. People who make movies for Marvel, why don’t you acknowledge what happens on our show? Why don’t you guys go ask them that? Cause they don’t seem to care!
>The Marvel Cinematic Universe loves to pretend that everything is connected, but then they don’t acknowledge our show at all. So, I would love to do that, but they don’t seem to keen on that idea.
Heh
non canon

What's the best elseworlds story and why is it Batman year 100?
It's probably the best self-contained batman stories out there popes art is great and the story leaves just enough answered and unanswered questions to keep you hooked give me one better example?

Story time?
BANE?
So I was expecting Spidey to feel written in at the last moment, because he pretty much was, but it wasn't too bad.
However, how did Tony find and identify Parker as Spider-Man from a few youtube videos?
>>82858153
Stop overthinking it
>>82858505
>Marvel movies the post
>>82858153
I thought he got those from actual cameras and Peter was just using the Youtube as an excuse
Also it's Tony, come on
Sup guys, I don't know much about comics.
My question is: just how strong is Spiderman?
Cause he can catch speeding cars, armwrestle with other superstrong guys, pull himself up with one arm so hard he flies into the air, etc etc.
Does anyone have a qualitative or quantatitive explanation of how strong he actually is?
Listen bud, he's got radioactive blood.
>>82857610
4 banes or more
>>82857636
so do i, from a radioactive medical tracer, but you dont see me lording it up
Hype?
idk anymore with invinicble, but as long as ottley is on the book ill always buy it

>Mark, why are you back here?
>You need to stop this
>You cant stop me you silly bitch
>I know
>Alright. Then why are you here?
>Eve cheated on me
>Want me to take care of it?
>No, but my brother has joined forces with thragg and now i need your help
>lets team up again
something like that
also
rex dies at the end
in some sort of half assed redemption arc
>>82857508
I'm more hyped over Mark fighting Oliver and Freddy Mercury desu
Does he already know his brother is sding with Freddie?
Did I miss an issue?
Also don't call that asshole Robot Rex. The true Rex deserves better
>>82857508
He shouldn't be back on earth. He left for good, according to Immortal. When he visited him in the future, Mark had left earth for 300 hundred years with no coming back.
Best 70s and 80s marvel horror? Been reading marvel slowly from the beginning (not everything, just what interests me) and I just hit the early 70s, which is when they started flooding the market with horror in hopes to beat DC at their own game. Pic related is the only thing I know I want to check out right now, but I've also read that there's some stories narrated by Stan Lee himself, would love to check those out.
Classic Marvel Horror is GOAT.

>the early 70s, which is when they started flooding the market with horror in hopes to beat DC at their own game
Try again. They were copying Warren Publishing, who was selling over 100k on the regular of EC style horror anthologies. All the "House of Mystery" and "Tomb of Dracula", etc., was an attempt to avoid losing college age readers to smaller publishers that were having big league success with the then very relevant revival of non-superhero genres following the revisions to the CCA.
>>82857392
>I've also read that there's some stories narrated by Stan Lee himself
There aren't. Lee stopped scripting and moved behind the scenes around 1971. He only rarely wrote after that.
We find out his "true name" in a few days.
Bets?
Jack? Gotham? Bruce?
Martha

Who cares? It'll be retconned again eventually.
