Hey guys, I've been watching this and surprised that no one is talking about how good the movie is.
Has anyone else watched it? If not, and you want to, here's a link: http://cyro.se/watch/hulk-where-monsters-dwell

Among others.
I watched, and enjoyed it.

Nice of them to finally give Piggy a rival that isn't a celebrity guest star.
I hope the new show includes Skeeter, and that they finally add her to the cast of the actual Muppet Show (not just the comic).
Will it be progressive?
Will they still splice in footage from old movies?
What does /co/ think of roughnecks? Is it the best show or what?
>>87159382
It was a weird mishmash of stuff from the book and the stuff from the movie.
>>87159382
I fuckin loved it as a kid; but like all nineties CGI shows, it really doesn't stand the test of time. Nostalgia goggles are definitely required here.
Shame about the ending too; things were really ramping up, and I'd have loved to see it all pay off.
>>87159382
The intro and outro were amazing, never missed it as a kid
What would happen if Cosgrove became a Judge in Mega-City 1?
>>87159247
There'd be a lot less criminal scum on the streets because they'd all be cutting it out.
>>87159247

>Cut it out, creep!
Judges would be out of work.
ITS HIP TO FUCK BEES
This movie helped me get my giantess fetish
Why the fuck am I here
>>87159736
because the god barry told you to be here
So, going by kung fu panda 3, Po straight up killed Tai Lung, right?
Is this the first dreamworks hero to actually kill someone in combat?
>>87158646
He sent him to the spirit realm, so I guess it's up for interpretation considering Po went there and he wasn't dead.
Toothless and Hiccup killed the big evil dragon in the first movie.

if you cease to exist on your original plain of existence, you are dead. Regardless of how you left.
This is just a kids movie's way of dodging to whole killing in front of children.
"Giant chickens from the sky! Now we don't have to eat each other to survive."
"Tough luck for you, kid."
Okay serious question here: Would you allow your child/children to watch this show? I mean has anyone realized how gruesome and brutal some scenes are? I honestly don't think this is appropriate for any kid and I'm kinda upset CN allowed this. I remember hearing one kid screaming in pain as his body was getting crushed off screen and had nightmares about it. That's probably why most of us are fucked up mentally now. This scene specially is just gross and not funny.

It's a cartoon.
Stop overreacting.
Lord Moldy Butt.
STOP BEING AFRAID OF CLOWNS! STOP IT YOU NINNY! STOP BEING AFRAID OF CLOWNS!
Am I the only one who's a bit bothered that the previous and the current movie Spider-Man have such prominent New Yorker accents. Like yeah I know Spidey is a New Yorker but not every New Yorker has heavy accents like these two do in the films and to be honest I never pictured Spider-Man having an accent and I still don't.
>>87157938
Also yes I know Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland are both British in real life.
Probably.
>>87157970
It's easier for them to mimic
They took our advice lads
Stores have always had this, my toys r us has had a huge shelf dedicated to comics next to the toys for years

???
Let's discuss some comfy animation /co/. What would you watch with that special someone, if you could?
The Last Unicorn or Coraline
Coraline. She reminds me of a younger version of this girl I used to really like. Not to mention it's straight kino.
Everyone should be required to watch this movie no matter what.
Hello my precious little girl. Even though you're you're own personal I want you to do everything I believe in. I want you to find a boy and marry him because no woman can be happy unless they have a husband.
I also know you're a vegetarian but I'm going to slip meat into your food because I don't respect your choices.
Bart, you're my special little guy but I have no faith in you. I know you don't pay attention to church but you have to be a Lutheran even though you want to try a new path in Catholicism i don't agree with it even though Lisa can be a Buddhist.
And both of you can't watch the one cartoon you love because I don't agree with how violent it is. Let me ruin it not only for you but for every child in Springfield.
And Homey. Even though im a nagging bitch and am constantly wrong about everything you need to listen to me and if you don't mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I'll just keep nagging you until you one day snap and murder me in my sleep.
In short, none of you can be who or what you want to be because I don't agree with it, but I love you all so much.
Is Marge the most terrible mother in a cartoon or what?
Would any of you listen to your mother if she was like Marge ? Would you stay with her if you were Homer? Would you hit her like any sane man would to shut her up and out her in her place?
Because as wrong as it sounds, I'd beat her everytine she opened her bagging mouth or everytime she did her trademark murmer
I don't expect many responses to this thread honestly. I don't know why Marge pisses me off so much bit she just does.
I legitimately am serious when I say I'd beat her if she was my wife.
I really mean it when I say if she was my mother I'd never speak to her after moving out and while I was still a minor I'd ignore her and never listen to a thing she told me.
It's really sad that there's not one cartoon mother who isn't a total cunt but Marge is the most horrible one out of all of them. Worse than Lois Griffin too.
>>87157090
Marge in like Season 2 was a great character. She got worse pretty quickly compared to everyone else when they just made jokes about her being a housewife.
Still probably better than Homer at his worst.
>>87157090
Bart wanted to be a Catholic?

I don't understand why they keep desperately trying to court a demographic that'll never read any of their shit.
I hate this idea that a certain demographic will like somthing simply for the fact someone from the same group is part of it
>>87156800
M'kay.
So long as the script isn't pure undiluted stupid this go round, I'll be happy.
Then again, we will miss the important Batman-antiesis aspect if they take out all of Jessica being stupid, so some is acceptable.
Someone can't take a joke
Cancer is no laughing matter.

I always knew you were cancer.
>You know, there was a time that Star Wars was close to being a dead fandom. Seriously. Between 1986 to 1991, Star Wars was so dead, the Kenner toy line, once a license to print money, was canceled. The Marvel Star Wars comic was canceled, too, due to low sales and lack of interest, which didn’t justify the pricy license.
>If something goes a long time without any decent material to recharge your enthusiasm, the fandom starts to vanish. Fandom is like fire: it needs raw material to keep burning. Star Wars was unlikely to ever totally go away. However, not everything is a huge phenomenon like Star Wars: there are some fandoms that were once very huge and visible and have, for the most part, vanished.

Them's fighting words.
I'd say Rom or Micronauts but IDW brought them back this year.
Tron: Uprising is kino.
This show was cancelled WAY too quickly.
>>87155596
Dunno what kino means but this show was fucking rad.
>>87155596
Buts its a show, not a film
