Do you ever get the feeling that Marvel is trying to subtly touch upon real world events?
>>89405305
Or is that just me?
>>89405305
Is this bait or are you just dripping with sarcasm?
>>89405305
>subtly
Did they ever?
Yes, Liefeld Jr. is still in the book

Who dies?
Someone requested I post the Watcher pages from this (by Brubaker, Pulido & a damn good colorist) yesterday and the thread 404'd before I could. Gonna follow through but since it's just 7 pages does anyone want the rest whilst I'm at it?
The other stories include Sam Nova's first ever appearanceshilling AvX, an alt-future mutie storyshilling AoA, a coupla ching-chongsshilling FILE NOT FOUND, a Fraction Dr Strange storyshilling Defendersand >Bendisshilling Age of Ultron.
Oh and Scarlet Spider.
it is ok for me, have only read IvX and new Wonder Woman today and disliked both.
I still want to check out that defenders book but I never got around to it

Don't make fun of my favorite show :'(
Let's be real here, Korra was never going to surpass Avatar. It did a pretty good job for what it is.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCbcobpfca0
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCbcobpfca0
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCbcobpfca0
But it DID surpass it. It was a fantastic action cartoon designed for and aimed at adults.
That's something you can't say about atla.
>>89405298
But Atla was more mature than LoK.
Korra was the TORtanic of /co/.
this board was never the same afterwards
Could we have a Dredd thread? Sequel to Dredd3D when? ;__;
>>89404845
when you go back in time and make it make money
>>89404845
Somethings were just too good for this world, OP.
>>89404845
>Sequel to Dredd3D when?
Never, it was a shitty fucking movie.
How's Uber? is it actually worth reading or just more schlocky Avatar gore porn?
>>89404818
What do you think?
>>89404855
I read the first issue and it left me cold. Not amazing, but not blatantly awful either. I want to know if it gets better or goes the way of the Crossed sequels before investing money in it.
>>89404904
Then read some more and make your own opinion, just don't expect something deep and profound.
Lets discuss this movie and other post disney renaissance movies (anything between the renaissance and modern ones) anon. How do you think about it now? I used to think the concept is absolutely cool, but i haven't watched it again since a few years ago.
Why do you think its not as successful/memorable as other Disney release?

i want to get dominated by the cat captain

what was it people were saying? Wintergreen?
You know how Miguel is mexican but nobody makes a big deal out of it?
Could it be because, unlike Miles, there are things that distinguish him from Peter that aren't just "muh diversity" or "so progressive"?
Nobody makes a big deal about Miles being Mexican or whatever the fuck he is though. It's barely ever even mentioned.
>>89404504
So then OP is 100% accurate.
>>89404473
Because he's
>A good character
>His fans don't go full "If you don't like him you're a nazi."
>Wasn't introduced as a means of replacing Peter Parker, so fans of the character didn't feel attacked.
>Interesting concept
It's also worth noting that in the original Spider-ManX2099 crossover there's a line where both Heroes look at each other and say "Your costume is awesome". Meanwhile in the Spider-ManXMiles crossover Peter says that Miles' costume is awesome and that's the end of it. May sound petty of me to point out, but when you think of it the 2099 crossover sets Peter and Miguel up as equals. While the Miles and Peter crossover sets Miles up as superior because he's /sooo/ much cooler?
What's the best Asterix comic and why is it pic related?

Didn't you make this yesterday?
Anyway, it's Obelix meets Capitalism.

Acceptable choice, although I wish it had more humor

This is my favorite one as well. Pic related is a close runner up, though.

>Set in the Andes, Pachamama follows the story of young boy Tepulpaï, who dreams of becoming a Shaman, and his best friend Naïra. When a sacred treasure is taken from their village, they set off on a mission to retrieve the irreplaceable artefact.
Everyone likes the Andes now.
