Bitcoin @ 1700 ... only 21 mill coins will ever exist
Litecoint @ 31 ... only 84 million will ever exist...
Simple ratio - 21 goes into 84 = 4 ... so in the end there will be 4 litecoins for every bitcoin...
>and
With bitcoin @1700 ... why is litecoin not @ 425?
Is litecoin a screaming buy at 31 dollars? ... or is my thinking too old world here?
>>2055233
Depends if BTC sorts its shit out, time will tell. Realistically LTC will always be the underdog, but by how much no one knows, yet.
S-so If I maka a coin where a maximum of only 100 coins can exist, how much are they worth? Because thats how it works r-right? I'm gnna callit supercoin and it will be great TBQH.
>>2055233
Because LTC has done nothing but goes sideways and then down.
It will get delisted from Coinbase anyway. Selling my stash and buying XRP.
My money is not being used to make more money in LTC.
NO COINERS
Why didn't you listen?
15 hours til splash down
>>2055230
But ltc isn't going anywhere.
>>2055230
I have 3 bitcoin that a bought last year for $600 I guess you can always say " Why didn't I buy more and sooner." but fine I'm in for the long hall now
What did I tell you? Trashcoin. Despite all the great things it got for it, Coinbase listing, Segwith activation before BTC, this shitcoin fails to launch.
7k sitting on this trash while I could have put them in XRP/BTC and made off like a bandit.
>smugchineesecartoonslut.jpg
>bitching that he could have made more money if he had not been retarded
>>2055270
Are you holding any LTC?
If you like the idea of XRP, get DGB right now before its one cent. Same idea about a pre mined coined that plans to make some deals with larger investors. We already have minecraft on board. We might get some weeb games with anime girls shilling DGB involved one day.
>going to Africa for the military. should have slow shitty but consistent what will be the best trading platforms ....
premature bamp
>>2055202
Where in Africa? I'd say try and buy into whatever digital cash system in the area. I know Kenya is particular has an e-cash system on mobiles I think. You might find localbitcoins and maybe something exotic like stellar
>>2055252
It will be primarily in Djibouti
Have any of you had an internship at Northwestern Mutual?
From what I heard they are shit and all you do is coldcall and sleeze your friends and family into buying life insurance.
I went to my first interview today and seems like thats pretty much what Ill be doing but I was wondering if any of you have experienced it first hand?
>getting an internship at Northwestern Mutual
Run, run away OP. Don't take the internship.
>>2055164
It's my understand that a lot of those insurance companies are basically predatory. They get fresh blood in there, have them get all of their family and friends signed up... then when they can't find other people they're forced to quit. If any of those accounts stay they get bumped up to someone else.
You basically have to have a fucking enormous social circle to be even remotely successful in it. Or some sort of charismatic guru. Also, you have to get certifications.
if you want to be rich yes

You broke the first rule:
Never bet anything that you can't afford to lose.
I have no sympathy for you.
You're fucking retarded for this
Who got rich today?
>>2054967
Define rich?
If you tell me anything priced in fiat I will have to strongly disagree.
>>2054977
Gulden (NLG) mooned almost 300%. Could have been had for less than $.03 not very long ago.
Gulden has been dead flat for the last month around 2000 sats until two hours ago when it went up HARD.
Currently at 10600 sats and climbing. 330% gains in two hours.
I read on /biz/ earlier that the coins most likely to moon are the ones that no one has been messing with. NLG proved that today.
I think it's fair to say we're all looking forward to Crypto taking over the world / usurping banks.
But there are issues that these things are going to face, so let's discuss some of them.
For example, normal people are used to having nice rounded numbers to work with; $1 for this, 50c for that, $10 for whatever; nobody is going to feel comfortable paying 0.00034213BTC for some over-the-counter stuff, because those numbers are so abstract it's off-putting.
What do you think is the best way to face this for the mainstreamification of coins?
>>2054962
>Centralized
>rigged
>fees
>fiat
Sounds like the old system.
Might have to repeal and replace this pig.
>>2054962
when BTC is the world currency, 0.00000003 BTC (3 satoshi) will buy you a coffee
sounds fine to me
>>2054969
The market will decide, that's the point.
Especially with technology like Etherium networking.
When you can make a currency, or social media app that is utterly and completely uncontrollable out of a decentralized network protocol, it can't be stopped - their only way of dealing with such things are dealing with endpoints - users; they can never control it from the safety of a server some place, they will always have to spend manpower to manage people.
That's how I see this ending; the establishment will be torn asunder trying to contain something they both don't understand and simply do not have the capacity to control.
Internet 3.0
Ok, anons, I'm onto something here.
>assuming I have the starting capital, the time, energy and maturity to pour into this project...
After dipping my head on how corporations work, I have this question that doesn't get out of my head:
What's stoping me (and good partners, that I already have) from making a Hedge Fund (SA), where me and a circle of friends of mine ($) would be founding numerous companies, and then our Hedge Fund (that no one knows the owners) would buy them and make them grow in value (with hired administration and the purchases alone), which would allow me to get credit with other banks and just make that money breath and all.
I want to become a bank, basically.
If one of those companies fail it doesn't matter, I can just cut them out and that would be the end of it (the circle, got it).
And I could actually have a connection with the central bank here, buy titles and make actual high investments that matters with this.
There isn't something missing right, can I be happy?
>>2054944
How stoned are you, rn? This doesn't even make sense. Please delete and sober up before you post again, faggot.
>>2055010
I am sorry
>>2054944
>make them grow in value
if only it was that simple
Is anybody else here excited for the inevitable popping of this bubble? Every coin is way up since the beginning of 2017, especially in the past few weeks. The growth is insane and turbulent. It makes investing now a terrifying proposition as things are so unpredictable. I expect a correction soon and I cannot wait, as I feel more comfortable investing in prices closer to reality. Thoughts, biz?

Never buy FOMO.
That is when bubbles accelerate and pop.
This is also when exchanges get goxxed.
What you are witnessing now is a panic and bots are pulling up sell walls as fast as they can now.
Crypto's perception is on the line (whatever is left of it).
Anybody in now is a greedy greedy little pig that will get slaughtered.
Don't believe me?
Then keep on buying hand over fist.
We can talk later about your mistake.
So my startup got awarded two free tickets to Tech Crunch: Disrupt in NYC. I was originally going to ask if any of you have been to tech crunch and have any tips or humorous anecdotes, but after lurking around this board for a few minutes it seems none of you are actually in business (unless you count the business of speculating on failing crypto currencies).
So tell me, how did you get here? Did your startups crash and burn or have you never even made it that far?
Wow. a REAL business man! posting on 4chan! he won tickets to a entrepreneurial paradigm shifting meet up! epic!!!
fuck off. how did you even get here? is your startup not making money? it's probably because you're wasting time on here. enjoy falling by the wayside...
>>2054931
lol
I'm not saying TechCrunch isn't a self-important circlejerk or that I am a top guy for going. I've been on 4chan for a decade and never visited this board so I thought I'd check it out. And we start making money next month when a $10k sale will go through. Not a lot, but it's pretty good for a company our age and size.
>>2054912
I'm a CPA and dream of starting a company. However I lack the creativity and the drive to come up with anything. I'm also jaded as fuck after years of working with small, sometimes sad clients.
So, /biz/, how can you be so stupid?
>>2054781
Is that your argument, that it was made by Indians? I don't get it.
>>2054798
Yes, that is my argument. You really think indians don't want to shit scam you?
Same with STRATIS only with a nigger.
>>2054822

If you live with your parents and have no social life...
What stops you just working 18 hours a day and going all in on crypto after each paycheck?
>>2054751
Sounds like a good idea until you get to the crypto part.

Being in university and having to study instead. Just want my shitty degree. Working is so much simpler than this shit.
At least I got a full ride tho.
