I bought the dip, gonna stick with this longterm. I'm a digibro now, fuck yea.
Originally bought 1000 at 534 and sold at 640 and 777 because I didn't believe in the meme. Learned the value of hodling that day. Repurchased 100 at 1792 and I'm in it for the long haul now.
So gave u guys ARK last night even though people though I was full of sht about being a fund manager simply because my post had typos in it. Shot up 50% overnight:). Now I'm hear to tell you something is in the works with PEERCOIN. Pull up the chart, someone bought $600k worth the other day and people have been slowly whacking offers this morning. something is in the works..no idea wht but someone always knows something and the chart tells me it's setting up for a big move. -godspeed

So some group is DDoSing all of the Zencash nodes and pools at the moment. This coin has seriously pissed someone off.
Considering it was built to traverse firewalls undetected, my guess is that it is either the Chinese government or FluffyPony (since he knows this coin is a step above XMR and fulfills the same niche). Might also be ZCL or ZCash owners trying to pull ZEN investors back into their blockchain forks.
I'm not looking to shill or speculate here, I just think this sort of attack is both interesting and telling. Probably makes this coin highly risky to invest in right now since the stability of the network is being tested right after launch.

bumping
>>2329183
The only reason I didn't hop in on zencash is because I don't know which fork to pick, there are too many.
Zcoin, zcash, zencash, zcl, etc
>>2329720
Also zencash team seems pretty amateur with delays on release and sucu

What works for you
Where have you fucked up?
Exchanges, wallets and what nots.
>>2329008
My biggest fuck up before getting traction was making too many transactions. The maker/taker fees are me alive, as I only started with like $100, and oversized. Paid to buy BTC. Paid to move it to Poloniex. Paid to get a handful of different coins. Paid to rebalance. Paid to move gains back to CoinBase. Paid to move it back to fiat.
A $5 fee on a $100 buy is 5%, which is nuts. A $5 on a $1,000 buy is annoying, but less nuts. I pay nothing on the equity side when I transfer, buy, or sell... There has to be a way to trade crypto less expensively if you've got the balances. I'm open to suggestions.
No coin is too stupid
After seeing what's went down the last week even shit like MAD and 1337 can make it
>>2329008
>What works:
Look at medium term day/week trends, trying to "snipe" lows, and then sell for a decent profit.
>What doesn't work:
Trying to chase pumps. At least for me.
i just bought html 5 coin on yobit and after I read about the 51% attack and the devs say not to trade on any exchange except bluetrade. What is going to happen?
sometime you win and sometime you lose
WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN REEEEEEEEEEEE

hodl. the devs want in on the recent boom. they're updating
I'm looking to park about $25,000 (which I can afford to lose) in stocks. I'm not looking to do day trading because of the risks.
I've heard of bots tat buy/sell stocks based on what's on the news.
For example, British Airways lost 8% of their value overnight as the news about the IT meltdown came about. Even though the value regained the next day, it was still a great opportunity to make a quick trade and exit. These type of major events are quite rare and I'm okay with doing only a couple of trades a year and slowly increase profits over time.
I'm really curious about how much of a delay there is between such a breaking news event and when the stock price starts falling, so the plan is to mark the charts with these news events to see if there is any room for predicting the price drops quickly enough.
The events I'm interested in specifically targeting are Hurricanes, Terrorist Attacks, Bankruptcies, Fraud charges against a CEO, Tsunamis, Earth Quakes, Acquisition rumors, Large hacks (like Yahoo, PS network, Target) etc.
Anyone here doing anything like this?
