Vitalik claims that over 50% of the US has heard of Bitcoin at this point. Do you think that's accurate? Personally, I'd be surprised if it's higher than 33%

heard of it is not the same and understanding it is not the same and believing in it is not the same as putting your life savings into it.
>>2323068
Really all there is to say about it desu
>>2323041
That guy is so fucking autistic that it makes me want to sell all my eth.

andy milanakus?
Is blockfolio just for tracking?
Can you not trade with it?
If you can, how do you add money to it?
If not, why use it as opposed to a trading app?
>>2322961
Mr. Brainlet.
>>2322961
You use it to track your profits 'cause none of the exchanges do it in a detailed way.
>>2322961
shut up
go away
we don't want you here
how do I into cryptoarbitrage?
I can't find a way to make money doing this though I think it's possible. The fucking fees!!!! The endless fees.
Is anyone currently doing this? I figure if I can get usdt onto abittrex at a decent conversion rate from my countries currency, it could be very lucrative. But buying usdt directly is difficult. Supposedly it takes months for tether.to to verify you and I'm not sure would their rates are like.
>>2322944
Crypto arbitrage doesn't work because of the block time.
You're welcome.
excuse the typos, I'm drunk. But you get the rough idea. I wanna go:
My country's currency -> USDT -> Bittrex -> BTC -> sell BTC on my country's exchanges for profit
This is the most lucrative way of doing it. But getting USDT is the difficult part.
>>2323000
what do you mean, tripster?
Thoughts?
Obviously. Everytime I post about Augur a bunch of retards say it's shit. >>2319977
>>2322943
How do you think it compares to Ripple and Stellar?
>>2322960
It has an actual use and it's a prediction market which is basically gambling on the outcome of real world events. I think it'll be big but we'll see. Seems like one of the only coins with an actual concept behind it, they already have a beta version of the program, or app as they call it now.

>tfw got cold feet and didnt buy DGB when it was still under .02 last week
>tfw decided against buying 3 BTC when it was $600
>tfw I couldve staved off homelessness for a year with one trade
I unironically want to jump off a cliff
>>2322380
ETH is going to crash once people realize most hashes are wasted on transactions and no one seriously uses ethereum for its original purpose, so it is basically a shitty bitcoin that is easy to mine. the price WILL keep going up at least until christmas though. it will take a while for people to understand the fraud.
>>2322785
b-but Microsoft and samsung
>>2322805
exactly. they are smarter than the entire mining/trading communities combined. the corporate world is preparing for the future, and they wont lose a single dime in the cryptocurrency business - they will make sure the little guys lose instead.
How do you dump a coin without crashing its price?
Slowly
Slowly
>>2321895
Sell into strength, sell into breakouts, sell into new higher highs whatever gets the people interested in buying high
Do I actually have to pay capital gains tax on BTC, ETH or LTC that went up in value while 'stored' in a Coinbase account? Technically, no specific coins were owned by me, all I was holding was an agreement between myself and Coinbase saying they agree to give me X amount of crypto if I ask for it.
>do I have to pay income tax?
Are you a fucking retard?
>>2321906
Is it income if you give someone money and they give you more money back?
>>2321855
No way in fuck is that an average British woman. Also you'd probably have to check with an accountant on that one but I'm pretty sure it follows the spirit of capital gains since the coins were in your control (I.e. You can transfer or sell them at any time). Like how when you put money in a bank account you don't actually "have" the money anymore, the bank does, but you are still considered the owner of it. At least that's how I'm thinking of it.
