I want to start buying crypto. What broker should I use, which one is the most secure with the lowest tarrift?
I tried getting coinbase but I need my phone number and passport to be from the same country (thus I can't verify it).
Is there a common wallet that can hold all cryptos?

I worked with a guy on a sports gambling venture. His cut was 5%. We agreed on this prior to beginning.

In total we profited about $20k, so he was supposed to get $1k.

He ended up keeping $6k of it and said it was an accounting mistake and he'd pay back as soon as he got the money. This is in an email from him.

I was chill about it for a couple years because he was helping me with other stuff in exchange for delaying payment, but now I just want to collect.

He is just avoiding me, not responding to my emails, and we live in different countries. I believe he has little debt but also almost no savings. He's just completely disorganized.

I have email addresses of his parents and siblings, his main work contact (actually an important producer who some of you would have heard of), his contact list of 3,000 outreach for his work , his phone number, address, and a link to a page about him having committed a crime and served four years in prison ten years ago.

What is my best bet for recovering the $5k he owes me? I don't want to do anything illegal. I also do not care about his well-being whatsoever and would happily ruin him to get the money back as I feel he has wronged me.

Yes sirs....buy Xby it will make you very rich...no longer work job....signed Ashish

Depends on the country. His specifically.

You have evidence which is good.

I would send one last email to him in a strong tone asking for the money.

If that fails contact a lawyer in his country. Usually a demand letter is enough to get your $
>>
Yes, just work with a lawyer, you seem to have money enough to cover forward expenses.

Uhhh, how do I move my BCC from my Electrum Cash wallet onto an exchange? All the exchange wallets are under maintenance.

ViaBTC seems to take it. But yeah, everything under maintenance. Hence there's virutally no BCC in circulation so the price is extremely inflated. Once the floodgates open, it's going to $5 a coin.

BUT I NEED TO GET IN.

BitBay is the decentralized exchange that will replace paypal. Since its decentralized, the devs can't prevent you from selling anything on it, and meanwhile the double escrow system already allows for trustless transactions.

This post is less for traders who want to make a quick buck, and more for those anons who want to start selling there one shit on there. You can sell literally anything, and unlike Craigslist it has escrow.

Be aware that the client doesn't work to well on mac or linux, but windows is currently working fine.

I have about $2500 in a wisebanyan account and for the past several months it's been getting like 9.5-9.7% returns. I have about $7k in a Ally account and I'm wondering if it makes sense to move most of that over to wisebanyan. The returns are better, albeit there is risk, but I haven't seen less than 6% returns in almost a year. It'll take several days to withdraw money but that's the same with Ally. Any suggestions?

>9.5% returns

Returns are only relevant as they relate to risk.

Forget about returns and focus on asset allocation. It will all work itself out over time.

So the real question is does it make sense to move funds from cash to equities/bonds?

If you disregard market timing, and you probably should, it might make sense to build up a cash "cushion" then put the rest into stocks/bonds. The cushion would be whatever you deem appropriate based on your personal situation. If your income is not super stable I suggest looking at the cash not as dollars, but as months of expenses
