I'm 18, high school student. Live in the States btw

I'm fat(194 pounds and 6 feet). Well, not fat like really but it's really off putting when I look at myself in the mirror.

I have lots of friends, but they're not friends. Don't know how to say it but I know a lot of people at my school but I don't fucking keep in contact with no one(few close mates, best one lives in England, one that doesn't go to my school). More like a "I'm friends because I see you 5 times a week" type of thing.

I feel so fucking lonely. No one to talk to, only dog is my only company tbh
