Let's put it like this, i have had some spiritual experiences but are they just an illusion made up by the mind or is there more behind it? It has a lot of potential for me.. if i meditate i have like a natural xtc buzz... so to answer your question OP, id have to guess its because every person who thinks communism is a striving or working economical system is lazy and boring and wants to do nothing with their lives and have people pay and work for them to do nothing.
