Anyone know how people get to go to Woodward ? It's only open to campers in the summer and only select dates can people 18+ sign up as campers. I am assuming its invite only the rest of the year ? And i've seen many bmx idiots crashing with skaters because they dropped when they werent suposed to. The bmx guy stayed well but sometimes even the skate broke in two. Think about what happened with the guy in the skate.

Bmx riders should have an separated park, they're really dangerous.

Nice setup. I had the Triple OG's before, they roll great. Right now I got the Bryan Herman's pro bearings, only downside is it won't make you skate like Herman.

So being out of the loop for a few years I have come back to see that 2 of my local skateshops have closed down. The zumiez that was in the mall is gone and the sporting goods store no longer carries skateboards. On the flip side, new skateparks have opened and old ones got revamped. Strange times.

i ride city streets about two to three hours a day, rain or shine so the skateboard gets exposed to a fair amount of crap. you name it—mud, wet leaves, salt dust, fine road grit, construction site sand, car oil, squirrel innards, squished pumpkins, etcetera.

i never clean the wheels, trucks or deck. it's just pointless for me. i do clean the griptape every other day. i like 'em grippy. i use a brass wire brush and grip gum. it only takes a minute so no big deal.

i clean the bearings only when they're too slow and start to sieze up (needs cleaning) or get a little too noisy (needs lube). probably clean them once a month. i got ceramic super reds so they last a while, keeps rolling smoothly, and never rust.

Just in case you didn't know. Cliche, enjoi, almost, blind, darkstar, and zero are all made at the same plant. Only difference is that certain boards have carbon fiber inserts, for the rest its the same maple ply and resin just cut to order and branded graphics slapped on. So if your like me and don't care about board graphics too much you buy between brands and know you are going to get the same quality.
