I moved to a new flat and now I have problems deciding where to put my stuff.
Here's a blueprint of the living room and would like to know where the best places are for:
- desk for writing and pc work
- couch
- TV

Put the couch in the northeast corner, facing west, put the TV on the western wall, facing east, put the desk by the door to your bedroom, so that the chair is on the south side facing north. You can now see the door from everywhere you'll be sitting and are properly prepared to respond to intruders. I'd suggest getting a thick coffee table to put in front of your couch that can be overturned for some cover. Your desk should also be stout enough to stop a 9 millimeter round fired from 10 feet away. You should have a rope ladder for emergency escape on your balcony or by your window.

desk near window for natural light.
Then, tv on either the north or east wall or in the corner like the pic.
Or put the couch against the wall and the tv in the middle, but then your tv might knock over during houseparties or something.

Hope that helps. Idk how tall your window is so u might prefer the desk in the lower left corner instead
