The Andras scene is both.
Alexia offers herself up if Rowan doesn't show up, yes.

However, if Rowan does show up and tell her "Oh btw I cheated on u they made me do it sry bby ='( </3" she'll get upset and say "Should I just offer myself to him anyway? He's probably going to rape me anyway if they had no problems raping you."

To which Rowan can either console her and tell her that only he's expected to serve, to which she's relieved, or he can tell her that if she thinks it's a good idea to go for it, to which she is visibly upset and just tells him it's time to leave.

In the former, when she offers herself to him, there's a bit of affection in her speech, as she believes Andras to be some good hearted honorable demon that does whatever his bitch sister tells him to do, which she doesn't realize is a lie until he starts brutalizing her.

When the latter happens, and she goes into it knowing that Andras is a son of a bitch, her proposition is more mechanical and there's no emotion in it at all save for a bit of malice.
I believe the kissing portion of the scene is a bit different too, but the rest of the scene is the same.

The scene when Alexia and Rowan are officially reunited also plays out differently.
