Do you think ABDL could ever find mainstream acceptance?

Honestly, I feel like the entire discussion about ab/dl being mainstream to be silly. One day it might happen, but if people try to force it to happen it'll just be opposed more in the mainstream as well.

Reality is that opening up about any sort of bedroom activity is capable of raising questions and arguments (I mean, some people think doggy style is immoral) so I personally don't see a point in ever bringing it up with people who aren't involved.

If it's really necessary or desirable to be open about it though, then people should probably just expect some backlash.
