On Valentine's day, a string of burglaries have caught Golden Girl's attention.

Golden Girl stakes out a chocolate store; eagerly wanting to prove to the world that she was a capable crime fighter.

Suddenly the store alarm goes off and a group of thugs escape to a dark alley.

Golden Girl cuts leaps into the alley and blocks the group's path.

It is revealed that the group of thugs belong to Cupid: the crime boss.

Golden Girl fights the group of thugs, but has her suit shredded and her body molested along the way.

Golden Girl finally manages to subdue the perverted group of thugs.

Then Cupid himself appears in the alley looking for his thugs.

Cupid is shockingly revealed to be an enormous fat blonde man with a chocolate covered baby face; adding to the shock of his appearance is the fact that he is dressed in nothing more than a diaper.

Cupid explains he and his goons tax the town on all things romantic, and that Valentines day is his biggest payout.

While eating chocolate, Cupid examines Golden Girl's exposed body and mentions that his goons did a great job this time by bringing him a treat as delicious as Golden Girl.

Before Golden Girl can act, Cupid uses his bow and shoots arrows at what little remains of Golden Girl's costume.

Golden Girl becomes pinned to the wall, and is unable to move.

Cupid then plays with Golden Girls' exposed breasts while eating chocolate.

After mentioning that all that chocolate had made him thirsty, Cupid squeezes Golden Girl's breast into his mouth and asks: "Got milk?"

Golden Girl squirms and cries helplessly as Cupid sucks the milk from her breasts.

Cupid suddenly gains an erection and proceeds to mount Golden Girl.

Huh? You do realize that Paint.NET is not the default Paint program that comes with a PC, don't you?

Here's a run-down of what I did.

1: Open the picture in Irfanview. Use the option to set everything to grayscale, then use "Color Correction" to manipulate the Saturation, Brightness, Contrast, and Gamma until I have very dark lines on a clean white background.

2: Copy/Paste the image into Paint.Net. Set the layer to "Multiply", then create a new layer and place it underneath.

3: Color on the bottom layer by hand. I'm drawing underneath the lines, so I don't have to worry about drawing over any of the line-work. The top layer is also somewhat translucent, so any shading it has is applied to my coloring, and looks fairly nice.

Optional: Create a duplicate layer of the line-work. Delete any line that is not the edge of an object. (For example, the folds and wrinkles of Golden Girl's skin, as well as the freckles, are all removed. All shading is also deleted as well.) This layer stays set to "Multiply" so it's translucent black. The other line-work layer is set to "Color Burn", with the opacity adjusted until it looks nice. The lines that you see in the picture that look reddish instead of black are the result. Makes the shading look more natural.

It takes damn near no skill at all, just patience. I wouldn't even consider doing this if I was using the default Paint program.

I love the skin choice colors.

you notice some ares where there is white spotting. I don't know anything about paint.net but to eliminate this issue, put a Solid full filled background layer and leave it behind your colors layer. this way those white spots are hidden by the background colors. This makes it easier when working with a sketch and trying to stay with in the lines. the background color would be easier on the eyes as opposed to hard solid white, I understand this is just fun but its a simple step that can make the simplest doodles look 3 times better. In Short. Don't try and fit your background to your character like a puzzle piece. this is one major reason why we work in layers. Proper overlapping Saves times and makes pieces look better.

the more opinionated ones are the color choices on the socks and underwear in contrast to the background. Make the clothing a little softer. especially the darks as they blend into the background a little too much. lighten them a bit and it will pop more in a good way.

Lastly not a fan of the bright red shading. it is REALLY good to incorporate colors into your shading and lighting and I commend you for doing it! you even kept them warm to match skin tone! I would just use somethign softer and darker. the shades look more like rashes to me. like a dark maroon.

and if you have to time or feel brave enough shading always helps. I love this guys work. Not to discredit it but its a simple shading technique that's isn't really that time consuming yet his choice in skin tones are similar to yours but that soft shading really adds a nice depth. Honestly the first time i've seen a blending shading type on my artwork and REALLY liked it. Wish he had time for the bed to be shaded a bit so it didn't look like shes floating. but that's not related to you, and beggars cant be choosers.

Got the colors off of the character reference sheet posted much earlier in the thread, I didn't pick them out myself. As for the clothing, I got the yellow shade off of the sheet, but it only had pure black for the rest. Funny enough, I got the black shade off of a picture of Rouge the Bat. (I happened to have a video game open in the background, so I got the idea.) It was the first picture I found with black spandex that was both light enough to see the lines on it, but dark enough to look black.

Regarding the white spotting, I noticed that as well. It's most apparent in that little nook between her ponytail and the rest of her hair, but I figured that at a glance, it would look like a ponytail holder, so I left it alone. I'll probably get around to fixing the other spotting eventually.

As far as shading goes, I'm not much of an artist, especially with this laptop. It doesn't have a touch-screen or anything, just a little touch-pad below the keyboard. I'm pretty sure that any shading that I tried to draw myself would look like crap, so I usually just let the original drawing's shading do the job for me. The red lines, like I said before, were done via color-burn. I had them lighter originally, but felt that they were too hard to see. I can probably either tweak it manually, or see how it looks with Irfanview's color correction tool. (I know manual would be better, but that tool is surprisingly useful for things like this.)

Anyways, like I said, I'll probably revisit this piece later. I found a flatting tutorial for Photoshop, but all of the directions work with Paint.NET, so I'm practicing with a manga page to get the hang of it. The only thing I can think would make this much easier would be if I could tweak it so left-mouse was the Paintbrush tool and right-mouse was the eraser. Using white to cover up mistakes actually shows up over the other layers, and constantly swapping tools can be a pain.

If you download Irfanview, you can use the blur tool on a weak setting to smooth out the lines a bit before coloring it. Also, if you raise the brightness a bit, and lower the gamma in the "Color Corrections" tool, it will essentially "ink" the drawing in for you and possibly even remove a lot of the "sketchy" lines.

If you still have the file with the individual layers, you can do that and copy/paste the result back into the line-work layer. It should still fit perfectly over the colors, and make the lines look a bit better.

This is the project file that I used. It'll give you the full picture, separated into all of the individual layers that I used.

If you don't have Paint.NET, it's a free download, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue. If you would rather use a different program, such as Photoshop, you can copy/paste each layer just like a normal image file.
