It's still pretty heartbreaking to see how reserved Sonoko is in Episode 8 and 10 compared to how fucking off-the-walls she is in WaSuYu. She went through some shit during the two years between YuYuYu and WaSuYu. Even in Sonoko After and the 2nd VN she seems a lot more jaded, though S2 may show us something different.

It's interesting to compare Tougou's disposition compared to Sumi's as well. YuYuYu has always had great rewatch value and WaSuYu only adds to that.

Akamatsu a weird case. The guy so desperately wants to do action shounen, but when left to his own devices, we get UQ holder. He's so much better at comedy than pure shounen. Freeing that man from his editors was a mistake.

Shittiest transformation I've ever seen. Holy fuck, how could they fuck it so bad?
Sumi's transformation was fucking plain and was a shitty try to make it lewd, but it's noting, not cute not lewd. clothes just randomly appear. Why do her boobs even move? They aren't even big.
Gin's transformation was probably the shittiest transformation of all. She just stood still and all the other transformation was Karin's transformation recycled and fire.
Sonoko's transformation was just full of random "cute" "idol" things, like hugging a cock and showing her ass.

When the teach says "thank you so much" he sounds more casual, maybe have him say "thanks a bunch" or something like that.
Tougou says calesthenics, proper term is calisthenics.
When kids are pulling Yuuna, she says the same term twice, so I think the subs should be like that too.

Honestly though I think their first transformations where significantly better. Lewd is alright in something like strike witches where lewd is the main appeal, or to an extent something like symphogear where its just stupid fun. But in rather serious series like this, I'd much rather the transformations to highlight their own personality first and foremost. Sonoko's 2nd kept a good amount of the charm the first did, but Sumi's lost elegance and Gin's wasn't very cool at all. The first transformation also did a good job of showing you just how much power shinju was giving them (which no other series I can remember has done as well as this) but I didn't get this feeling at all with the 2nd ones at all. This is probably why they lost so bad. Shinju was so busy being a pedo that it forgot to give the girls enough power to fight

Anyway, we got both so theres no need to change anything. Its a non issue
