I love Sleeping Slaves, it's a great follow up to the anti climax and enjoyable on it's own.
It starts in a very familiar environment, that is the gang having a meal and talking about crap, then we get the whole mission thing, making it feel like it's another regular day.
It's great that it doesn't spill the beans right away, and keeps you in the darkness for some time, Rolling Stone is extremely intriguing, and that is greatly utilized.
Why are we seeing this random mission? What is up with this rock? And it unfolds very naturally.
I don't know why people dislike it so much.

I asked something similar in the last thread, but I'm still kinda confused. Does the series get better after the second volume? I was told that as soon as Jojo got out of America it'd be better, but he's in Mexico and it's still pretty bad.
