I really don't see Victor like a typical ikemen anime character at all. His hair style (maybe aside from how long the side bangs are) is really realistic layering wide. It's always stood out to me how detailed his hair cut was from the back. That and his physique gives the air of a male ballet dancer.

I don't see an issue with his personality either since I know a lot of people that act like that.
