On the topic of King Crimson, I feel like its strength is usually pretty overblown. People say that no one could beat King Crimson when, in reality, it's probably one of the easiest Stands to counter just because of how predictable it is. Say you're fighting Diavolo, and he uses King Crimson. Okay, he disappeared and you teleported somewhere, you're disoriented. Where is he bound to be now? The only logical place is behind you. He's always been there every time he uses King Crimson. So every time you become disoriented and notice time has skipped, just attack behind you immediately. If you're fast enough I'm sure there's no way for Diavolo to actually beat you, since he can't throw knives or set traps in erased time.
It's just glorified teleporting.
Am I right or am I missing something here?

Does Epitaph show what happens after Diavolo skips time? I don't think it does until he actually does it. Besides, there would really be nowhere else for Diavolo to pop up. He doesn't have range, so unless he does a bullet flicking trick his best (and only) course of action would be to karate chop them from behind like he does a few times in the story. DiU anime made me realise how well structured part 4 is in manga form, there are little nuances that Araki is really good at, making it stand out not only as a story but as a manga.

Part 4 anime is still good, probably one of the best ways to adapt it, but these little nuances can hardly be shown the same way in animation, so it will never be better than the original.

I'd honestly argue part 4's anime was better than part 2's. Part 4 actually had animation and the OST usage, overall style and creative liberties they took actually improved the part in numerous ways.

Maybe I'm biased because I like part 4 a lot but god damn the anime was amazing, JoJo fridays with you fuckers were pretty nice and the finale is the best finale in the adaptation so far.

However I don't think the anime compares much to reading the coloured manga, it just flows a lot better, though I have to say DP paced the adaption really well.

I guess part 2 was just less defined back then or something, before the anime it wasn't really talked about all that much because of how dated it was, so DP make a lot of interesting choices with it. It has a lot of style and flair to it and is probably the best looking part too in my opinion (probably because of how short it is).

The soundtrack is a good example of this, while the OST to part 3 and 4 are great in their own regard, there's just something special about part 2. Man, DiU's ending was bad, definitely too cheesy with all that heart and justice talk, like Hayato knew the crew for like 30 minutes and was talkikg about how they had hearts of gold and shit. Made me feel like I was watching a kids show. Everything else was good though but it ruined the vibe.

I posted this last night but I wanna talk about it more

I have a couple thoughts about who will be the main villain of part 8. Jobin's gonna end up combining with someone else, but I think there's a few misconceptions.
I think Jobin is actually an alternate universe Highway Star for a couple reasons: yuya had "Speed King" on his tie, he has markings on his face like yuya, and he's cowardly like him, attacking gappy through proxy.

As for the king crimson combination, I think it's actually gonna be a mixture of kaato and Jobin's stands. We know kaato is that she can store and use items later, but Jobin's is less clear. At first I thoght it was heat, but I really think it's supposed to be the opposite of gappy's ability, like Kira's was to Josuke.

Jobin's ability is to add properties to things, rather than take them away. Just as he added heat to his beetle, and made Gappy bleed through his nose, he will add properties to other things in his fight.

At the point Jobin and Kaato combine, I think their new stand will be able to either 1. Add properties to the space and area around them, totally reforming everything or 2. They will be able to store and add properties to time.

Either way, Based on the family's naming conventions of the second generation having King in the middle of the name, it'll be called Crimson King's Court as a reference to the album

I agree though Shizuka would be an amazing character for a side-story. So much story potential there, the sunglasses as a visual gimmick, the potential for a "I'm not a joestar by blood but I want to live up to the family lineage" type coming of age story. Lots of room there.
