Aside from JJ, whoever gets third won't surpass 24 points Phichit's Gold medal will break the tie. It doesn't matter who gets silver or gold. The person getting gold will either surpass him or tie and in that case he will still go through. Silver can surpass him or tie(which he will break by having gold). Only the three silver winners can get 24 points by getting bronze, in that case he will win the tie. If JJ gets 4th whoever gets third will be out, since he will have 24 points plus a gold medal. JJ can lose out at fifth place if all three silver medalists get top three.
