I'm going to deduct this as rationally as possible, it'll be a bit of a longwinded paragraph for that reason, my friend.

The way I see it, Zetsubou-hen is working up to the point of where Chisa will fall into despair, pointing out that she will be the one to succumb to Junko. Knowing Munakata and Juzo are there as well and they'll fail to protect her it'll affect both of them.

Munakata himself can't be the traitor or mastermind and Juzo can't be the mastermind either. So what I'm thinking is that Juzo's the traitor and Chisa's the mastermind.

Because I'm trusting Kodaka on saying that we'll be getting a Killer Killer cameo within the anime, which in my eyes will still be the "fake corpse" thing going on. This being a given by Kodaka along with the current build-up and the participant that is yet unknown, makes me believe that it's going to be Chisa as Mastermind (and traitor) or Chisa as Mastermind with Juzo as accomplish.

I don't see what else it could be, really. I don't see any theory that holds any value or something I really feel comfortable with or one that I can see happening.
