Kuroko's dub voice is adorable. I love Satomi Arai and everything, but I also like Kuroko sounding like a little girl and not an old woman.

The dub was extremely solid IMO. Railgun S1 was enjoyable, although S2 is where the magic is.

Index is unbearably boring unless Accelerator or Mikoto is there.

Really. Kamachi definitely had his darker moments midway through Index, but I wouldn't have expected it to make people want half the cast brutally murdered every volume.

On a different note, I wonder just how much sway the editors or producers have over his writing, since I've said before there are a lot of events and character traits I expected in Index but instead popped up in other Kamachi works, like how in the last novel of Zashiki Warashi, Shinobu actively uses his own ability to attract youkai to create his own organization, even if only temporarily.
