If I use all my Zygarde cells to make a 100% Zygarde, can I then grab some other Zygardes off the GTS and break them down to get more Zygardes?
Or if I get some extra Zygardes and break them down for the cells before collecting them all, can I make it to 100 cells without actually collecting all the cells in my game?

So if Cosmog is an ultra beast, why don't you need to catch Solgaleo/Lunala in a beast ball? They have regular catch rates of a pokemon, not an ultra beast.
What differentiates a pokemon from an ultra beast? Is there any actual difference (lore wise) or is "ultra beast" just some bullshit term that really doesn't mean anything?

Raw power isn't the only thing that can break stall. There is also Taunt, Switcheroo/Trick, Encore, etc. Excadrill is your best bet for powering through Toxapex though.
As for Chansey, depends on the meta. Mega Lucario can obviously take care of it.
