A group of elitists who believe that Pokemon level the playing field too much for the unwashed masses. Therefore they've developed various types of robots, called Constructs, to do all their labor and fighting for them. There long term goals are to 1) take over the region, 2) harvest Infinity Energy from Pokemon to power their macines, and 3) to kill the region's legendary Pokemon. They've already accomplished much of the third goal by the time you start your journey, and by the end, there's only one left. This legendary can restore the others, but if it dies, it's all over.

Alpha is the organization's head. He's the last member of one of the region's dwindling noble families, and he was raised by his grandfather, who was incredibly bitter that his family no longer had the respect and influence it one had. Delta is the cold, calculating second in command. She's in charge of the organization's day-to-day operations, and was assigned with your destruction. She grows increasingly maniac and unhinged as the story progresses. Omega is the Collective's brilliant scientist, who will not let you forget it, and acts flamboyantly, seeing his creations less as tools and more as art pieces. In the post-game, you learn he was plotting to usurp Alpha, and he unleashes a special Construct that can build more of it's kind, quickly losing control over it. It's your job to sabatoge the geothermal power source of the rapidly-multiplying Constructs.

He's not though. The whole purpose of the anime is not to tell an epic story of a hero becoming a pokemon master, it's to market the games and introduce the franchise to children and he does a very good job of that.

Wigglytuff gets two new abilities to replace its old ones. The first one is monster play, which causes wigglytuff to taunt enemies every time it takes damage (regardless of the source of damage).
