What it really needs is Rock Wrecker

Gliscor, Mega Lucario, Mega Beedrill, Toxapex, and Clefable would all get vastly better.

Marshadow would be able to run STABs, Shadow Sneak, and choose two options among Bulk Up, Poison Jab, HP Ice and Rock Tomb to run in the last two slots.
