goddamn stupid fucking game. I'm playing through ODST, trying to get all the audio logs. There are three that I can't find, but I think that's no problem. At the beginning of the game some of the audio logs aren't available, for some reason you have to play a couple levels before you can download them.
But i'm worried, I'm getting close to the end, so I go online and watch a video, and it turns out that those logs are behind hidden doors. OK, I think, I'll just finish this flying level and then run and grab those logs

BUT THEN I'M FUCKING LOCKED OUT OF THE CITY. For no goddamn reason, they locked off all the other sectors of the city. I can't go get those logs. THERE'S NO FUCKING REASON TO LOCK OFF THE CITY LIKE THAT. No, if I want to get all the audio logs, I have to play through the whole fucking game again, just to get three audio logs.

I didn't like h5's CQB at first, but it's grown on me.

Funnily, this would be one of the few pieces of armor that would have actually benefitted from the forced black lines/splotches, namely on the raised up "Ridge" areas on the top of the helmet. It was like that in Halo 3, and I thought the contrast was nice. In Halo 5 it's just a bit too 1-color, if you understand what I mean.

Nine out of ten times, disc is better, but this situation is one of those 10th times.

The reason being that the console disc version does NOT let youbplay on PC, where as the digital version lets you play on both.

There is also a PC disc edition, but it's basically the digital edition because it comes with an install code so it's not like you can just give the discs to other people after you install in. This version also features play anywhere. You do at least get a physical box for your collection this way. This version however has been pulled from American stores and is only available if shipped from overseas.

I'd say you're pretty safe. There was an FOV mod for H5F around release and nobody was banned, and changing your armor and weapon skin and stuff doesn't mean you unlock them to your account, only the session while still being visible to everyone. (when the game closes everything goes back to normal)
