where's Reynard edition
>Tips for new players
You can change vocations at level 10 at the Gran Soren inn or BBI.
Character appearance can be changed later on.
You don't need pawns, but they help.

holy shit BBI is so good
how do I get there ?
does it save my progression through the different levels or do I have to go from the beginning everytime ? for example if I leave for gransys, can I go back to where I was in BBI ? portcrystals ?
I killed the chained cyclops and got the void key, also 2 BBI lvl 3 items, not yet identified.
best of luck to you anons
>wonder why A Troublesome Tome won't complete
>its not in my inventory for some reason
>dig through storage
I used it, I fucking used it
I thought it was a different tome I had just made AND I USED IT
Repost from other thread:
From what I'm gathering from the posts in the thread, in order to train a pawn properly I need to go into its vocation and basically just copy what I want them to do generally for each encounter?
I really don't know what I'm doing this first playthrough so I have a feeling my pawn might be working really wonky by the end since I'm playing a strider.
Also, during a fight I accidentally picked up a pawn and dropped it really quick, now my other faggot pawns are doing it and I have no clue how to condition them to stop doing it.
Got the hire moff.
and thanks to everyone else hiring me as well
More or less. Good news is once you figure out what you're doing you can still take them out on a training run later, pawns are prone to drop "ineffective" techniques (i.e. whatever they happen to be doing most frequently when they die).
Dunno what to tell you about playing toss though, might just be a quirk you get to enjoy.
That's not how trade or "rock" bans work. If you're getting 0RC and a rock from a rent return it means that player (NOT YOU) triggered the flood-detection system. Since when Capcom fixed the rent system they just pushed through all the held up rents at once lots of people had the flood-detection triggered for them.
Tends to last for only a couple days, depending on how much gift spamming the player continues to attempt.
>Have to help the gardener escape
>"Oh a key"
>use it to open his cage
>can't open the escape route
>buy it from black cat
>2nd door fails to open
>I duplicated the wrong key
It shouldn't cause any errors with your game itself, but the online network will notice and pause your ability to get gifts. Meddle too much and it may ban you outright though that's usually reserved for obviously hacked pawns.
I love you too anon.
We taking on the world, Anon. Time to escort the hydra head.
Seems like assassin to 200 and then swap to ranger for longbow is the best way to play archer. You still get to shoot shit and you also get the best str possible in the game alongside the second highest Stam progression.
>This anon in ten seconds
so could I play the alt save offline and be completey safe?
on another note, does anyone know if the game can be shared between steam family, like could I just make another steam account and play it that way?
No, like other classes it has strengths and weaknesses - it's just obscenely overpowered in Bitterblack because pretty much every aspect of the vocation is designed for an area with cramped quarters, a need for mobility and good elemental coverage.
And since BBI is where the endgame shenanigans are, most people will tend to eventually gravitate towards it. BBI also introduced the Blackwing Bow and Ninefold Bolt and that pushes things over the edge.
>best way to play Archer
for shits sake m8.
Play everything if you want the best way to play absolutely anything. Min maxing means dick in the long run and you actually lose out on Aughtments for not changing Vocation for a super long time
You'll have pretty shitty attack because of no magic classes so it's probably best not to go MA on that character
Still viable but you'll do literally nothing to anyone with magic resist
Not really, you'll have great defense and health, and you'll still be using daggers against some enemies. Just play sorc for a little while to get some magick attack and the rank 9 augment (+20% to magick, it'll make a big difference) and you'll be fine. I'd also do some strider or ranger for stamina, but that's me.
>tfw when you just wanna go kill the big monsters but you OCD force you to do all the quests, even the boring ones in town
>your OCD even force you to do THE FUCKING "FROM A DIFFERENT SKY" SHITTY FUCKING QUESTS
>those FUCKING quest items can only be picked if quest is active, can only have six quests of this "dlc" active at the same time
STOP RUINING ME OCD REEEEEEEE
You guys told me that this game gets easier as you level. Can't do almost anything at BBI even at level 60. The final boss of BBI better not be an absolute pushover
like the one in the main story.
I'm in final battle right now, the part before you apparently are supposed to jump on the dragon. I've got three ballistas which I'm supposed to shoot at the dragon, none of them work. I can mount them but I can't fire them. I can only switch the firing mode.
The Different Sky Quests are bullshit, just ignore them. Some of them are placed in areas that are locked behind certain quests and some of them are literally only available in an area only temporarily open before the end-game for a literal single mission.
OCD in this game is not recommended, otherwise you'll be doing every single escort quest and since EVERY NPC HAS ONE AND THERE ARE LIKE 200 OF THEM, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT
crazy fucker is trying to kill me
>OCD force you to triple check every corner of every dungeons (of every video games) in case you missed something, even the shittiest loots.
Should i just destroy my computer to free myself ?
Exactly, he so bad it's good. He's like Belcitane(WKC), or Vizzini. I really enjoy bad guys like them the most.
G E A R
How many times do we have to tell you levelling doesn't matter. If you care about levels just pick a class with gains you like, farm with weal until the softcap at level 100.
Then you'll realise that oops equipment is still vastly more important.
Vanilla DD get's way easier as you level
Everfall still pushes your aught for a bit, but eventually that gets outleveled too.
But BBI? That was designed to toss your level out the window and make it all about the gear you have.
Oh, right. Forgot about that. Also reminds me why years ago on 360 I got so fascinated with the Steel set.
>Stack slash/blunt resists as high as possible
And that's just Seism. Wait 'till you hire a Sorc with Maelstrom.
There are multiple people saying that's not true and looking at the end game gear you people are talking out of your asses. The best bow gives 1000 strength and you're trying to tell me that literally doubling my attack power with the right stay build won't have an effect? Bull fucking shit.
MA's jumping attack skill sunburst or whatever doesn't benefit from eminence since it only deals damage upon landing
Probably only worthwhile to use that augment on striders and warriors
Actually does it work on a jumping charged bolt?
Which of these should I put on my sorc? I have no idea what to prioritize on caster gear, and I like the look of both
I managed to convince myself that there is no escort quests in this game (haven't done any except the gold digger bitch one in the first town)
I mean fuck this shit, they ask my to escort people at the far end of the map so i just don't bother with those
Ranger gets I believe 400 strength while assassin gets 600. Is it worth it to play a vocation that you don't like?
>mfw Syncing Bolide with another pawn
>World literally ending everything dying
GOTY GOTY GOTY
Hey guys, what kind of augments do you like on your sorc pawns?
Should I swap any of these out for something else?
Add me and I'll take your pawn through bbi for massive rift bux http://steamcommunity.com/id/illuzionofdeath/
I dont think anyone's denying you'll get bigger numbers.
The issue is by that point in the game, there's literally nothing to use those numbers on. You're already killing Ur-Daimon in 10 hits. You're one-shotting regular enemies already. There's the Ur-Dragon but he drops stuff BBI Level 2 items outclass, unless you want to compete on hacked leaderboards nobody looks at because as we've established the Everfall's existence as an end-game dungeon has been replaced.
You just spent hours with no class versatility for the prize of killing things a few seconds faster when you can play exactly like you want with the harsh and crushing price that you murder end-game horrors in THREE attacks instead of two?!?!
The game is balanced around balanced builds, it does not reward minmaxing in any capacity.
The math's been crunched on it, it's a difference of about 15% more or 13% less.
So it'll have an effect, sure. But it's not to the point that you should Godsbane and wipe your old character if you haven't minmaxed.
Depends on the rest of your stats. If BBI it's a decent idea to stack some Sleep/Petrification resist, otherwise pick whatever is stylish.
Yes. Then go talk to Fournival if you've saved him.
I like the basic stuff that boosts Magick and cast time, then I like to see Suasion just because it can be made to fit and why not free discounts?
I was going to say whichever one you like the looks of more, but then I read the rest of your post.
Can we see what they look like with the rest of your getup?
>Ogres weak to fire
>Spam 3 charged Grand Ingle, warrior main pawn and lvl 60 bow using pawn enchanted with fire
>Takes 30 mins to eventually kill it, never felt like I was doing damage at any point
>1 hit would take me down to 20% and usually stun me so I would get hit again, some hits actually just 1 shot me
Why does nothing feel satisfying in this game after the first few battles? It never feels like Im doing to damage to anything even when using weakness and long charged spells
Is there a way to teach my pawn to attack my magick cannons?
What, is a little bit of forehead showing too scary for you anon?
please pity hire my pawn if you can, I want to see if I'm still on the cooldown period or whatever
lvl 30 fighter named Hunk
Tell you what buddy, go ahead and minmax. Spend 5p+ hours on your perfect build if you think that's fun.
I'll be over here playing ranger right now and progressing through fights when they're still a challenge instead of literally becoming one punch man.
What's funny to me is that we already have players that listened to you chucklefucks who are now unable to progress through BBI.
Maybe it'd because to get the gear that makes state pointless you have to actually have decent stats? Derp.
Whats wrong with this dude ?
I've been playing MK the entire game, had no problems whatsoever with perfect blocking so far, some enemies have been tougher than others for sure, but this one ?
Forget perfect block, I havent been able to block at all a single one of his attacks and he knocked me over a dozen times.
Also, if there is some DD veteran here, I'd like a few clarifications on the progression during late game BBI.
As you can guess from the screenshot, I've 'completed' Duskmoon tower, and am now in the second part of BBI ( right ? )
The huge Eye as well as the Cockatrice were really annoying with mass slows, blindings, and petrifications.
I understand some of the debilitations can be cured with halidom, others cannot.
Basically, I'm gonna have to spent 50% of my time in the inventory, searching through dozens of curatives to apply or give the right ones to each pawn ?
Then, when I get some of the best armors in the game with nearly 100% resistances, everything becomes trivial ?
Thats not great progression to me, but whatever, fighting is still fun.
I've never died even though I just dinged 60 and often had a message saying that the labyrinth is not for 'young arisens'.
I also have a grip with Death, hes cool looking and all, but in my 2 encounters so far, I understand hes unkillable for me right now, all he did was choose one of my pawns, and simply insta kill it. Sweet, now you have to go back to that rift stone and summon the poor pawn again. Is that supposed to make you fear him ? Thats just tedious in my book.
Finally, is there at some point, the feeling that all of your 3 pawns actually do great damage, or are really useful ?
Against that guy in the screenshot for example, they all got one shot all the time, so I had to solo him.
I'm asking this because I could tell from the first few minutes into BBI that its a very different game than DD, in which you cant really tell the weaknesses of the pawns because nothing is really menacing.
>mfw the raid on that goblin fortress
>get to the ciclops attop the castle
>one club swing throws me to the 1st floor
Holy shit this game is good
She's also looking down fampai
It's all about perspective.
Also, I don't know how I got them all to look like this in this screenshot.
And in front of a cow statue of all things.
>mfw dont have to minmax because cheatengine
Based pc reddit master races strikes again
So I'm trying to decide between Mitigator and Challenger for a Ranger pawn, from what I've they "cancel each out" or something like that, so I'm not sure if I should have them both as primary/secondary.
What do you typically look for when hiring a Ranger?
>can bow practically as good as ranger
>still pretty fucking fun
>going to be significantly better than you
>"W-Well I don't want my character to be efficient at practically no cost to me ;_;"
Enjoy struggling with the stupidest of shit, anon.
Is there a way to fast travel back into BBI? I'm at the doors of Forsaken Church or whatever, but I need to go back and change my inventory and abilities. Do I really have to go through all the floors all over again to get back to this boss?
Honestly losing interest in this game as I finished it, took lots of time to make my pawn archer only. But suddenly she became retarded and is climbing every big monster that appear, even though I don't do this.
>finally done setting up my ranger pawn inclinations
>send him into bandit group
>he roll-dodges every single attack, then immediately counters with a series of arrows
Didn't get hit a single time, took out 10 bandits
he's a fucking ninja
If someone needs a mage pawn, I've got one on level 41 called alatar.
Number 99 on the sheet. I'm currently testing his Inclination/AI/Traning having any effect on his focused botl usage.
So far I think that Inclination and teaching has nothing to do with it. Seems to me that he needs high enemy knowledge and once he has that he knows that he can do focused bolt as a knockback attack, to knock them back. Meaning he starts spaming it once he has enough knowledge. I would really appreciate some feedback on that.
pls hire him
If you're intrested what I have so far on Inclinations/AI etc. just ask.
what inclinations does he have?
also, did you play his vocation at some point and show him how to use those arrows skills and dodge roll? How much start knowledge does he have of bandits?
If I want to correctly train my pawns I have to teach them what to do playing as their same class right? if I change class later do they keep their knowledge or start doing things I do with my current class like getting close to enemies instead of staying away and cast If I've teached that before to them?
Can I train them to do stuff fighting goblings and other weak shit? I don't really want to ogo around with a class I'm not really digging for myself.
>practically no cost to me
You do know there's no point in playing the game passed level 120 right? It's not fun when you one shot everything.
You were probably the kid who used cheat codes in every game you played weren't you?
Learn how to have fun and stop worrying about numbers.
So that basically means that the optimal way to minmax is to play ranger for 100 levels because of his stamina gain?
If your pawn isn't in a vocation that literally uses the same weapons or shares a skill set with you, you're wasting them and should just sideline them since at best all they're learning is your general movement.
>le shadowban meme
So this is the epic 4chan trolling all my friends at r/dragonsdogma have warned me about?
Meh, not impressed sir, not at all.
How does damage work on weapons with both Strength and Magick?
Example, Signs of Valor daggers have 113 base Strength and 0 Magick. Scalding Razors have 91 Strength and 190 Magick. Does it do the sum total of those when attacking normal enemies, or does only the physical portion count?
challenger / mitigator
I'm playing ranger as well. At the beginning he was dumb as fuck and charged in with daggers. After I started using bows myself he seemed to learn from me and is now exclusively using bows
Using dodge properly is something that he learned on his own relatively quickly after 20 minutes or so
Reminder that you are a mediocre, casual player whose opinions are worthless. You are the McDonald's burger flipper of video game players and you should stop spreading your plebeian bottomfeeder bullshit here among people who actually strive to be the best.
>I like my armor set but I finally got the gloves of might and want to use them for the effect
>The gloves look awful with the rest of my set
At least all these pieces kind of go together.
>oh hey they fixed pawn rewards
>Guess i'll play some before i go to work
>Boot up DD once i get home
>1.5 million riftbux
I didn't even give her any good gear..
Tips for the strider in NG+?
best skills and augments?
It's like he's trying to communicate with us.
You just need to make him more handsome.
I like my goat hair.
Just finished getting 2 Rings of Perseverance and holy shit that was intense, specially Midnight Helix.
Never went to BBI before, it was my first time. What is going on in there? Why is it so morbid? I felt like I was walking through a Junji Iko manga all the time.
>Go to do mainquest
>Get shit on
>Ok lets do some side quests
>No markers, no directions, NPCs never actually say anything useful. When you finally figure out where to go
>Get shit on
Am I expected to just grind on bandits at night or something
So I was going down the hills to kill one of the first ogres you find in the wild, near the big gate where you escort Mercedes, and the ogre there was jumping around like crazy and then jumped off the waterfall to his death. I did not even trigger it nor the harpies near it. Is this usual?
>about to kill the griffin
>accidentally trigger this cutscene
> pawns are supposed to be emotionless and lack self motivation/will
> pawns display tons of emotion in their voices and what they say
> pawns make their own decisions in battle and in doing things (mining, gathering, using consumables, etc.)
> pawns don't even follow commands properly a lot of the time
Yeah okay, sure. Pawns just feel like regular people to me. It's just that people and themselves call them such and claim things about pawns which aren't true. Capcom writers pls.
How can I get you guys Pawns? Do I have to add you on steam?
I am looking for some high level pawns since I restarted my game to fix some mistakes I did. It would be great to have good pawns to make my run faster.
>hunt bunnies because I have to pathologically murder everything in my path
>usually hop and shoot off a magic bolt because they're low to the ground and around roots and debris and shit
>my pawn learned this shit and is now doing this bullshit in ACTUAL COMBAT
Have I completely fucked my pawn's AI?
In the OP it says
>Hard mode affects the Arisen in the following ways:
>Stamina use via skills is increased to 150%
>Damage taken is increased to 450% (BBI is unaffected)
>Experience earned is increased to 200%
>Gold dropped from enemies is greatly increased
>Enemy stagger and knockdown resistance is increased
Since BBI is only mentioned in the damage line I take it that the others will apply to BBI?
Ever since I started treating the game like D&D I suddenly have a lot more fun
getting my shit pushed in. I need better gear.
yeah' ive been trying to figure out how pawn AI works.
I don't think that it's possible for any pawn to learn anything. It's just that he unlocks certain techniques once he reaches a certain level/knowledge or sees you do it. There's no way a game runnin on a console can handle intellegent AI that learns to observe, evelauate that data and then execute that himself.
Though what's shaking this for me are complicated combos. If it's possible for a pawn to learn/unlock a combo like, JumpKick,DoubleJump,Helmsplitter,Reset,HeavyAttack, then I really doubt that my theory is true because I don't belive that devs thought of this combo to be unlocked.
For easier stuff like Focused Bolt, Dodge Roll, Heavy Jumpattack I can see my theory being true because enemies have to use this stuff too and they need to know this without anyone teaching them and I would assume that your pawn has this same AI. This way Inclination barly seem to have an input on Combat behavior for me, it seem that they just filter out some actions if they are not Primary/Secondary/Tertiary, but that's it.
>tfw you start up the game and still get this
i hate you fags
Go for the one on the right but swap out the gold bracelets for something else.
I wonder if the people saying stats don't matter have figured out that to get the equipment that makes stats not matter, you have to have stats that matter.
I'm seeing so many people in these threads struggling with basic BBI enemies because they spread themselves too thin. What's even sadder is that when they come to ask for help, the answer they get is, "Just get the gear!" You know, the gear that they have to get past these monsters to get?
I'm starting to think that the "dude, level full assassin and swap to sorcerer, you'll be just as effective!" anons are just trolls.
Forgive me for not knowing what to do, the game seems to get off on leaving me with no direction. I can understand no handholding or open worlds, I love that shit, but literally all I ask is something on a quest saying "hey this quest is going to be very difficult at your level" and "hey, here are some written directions to where you might find help!"
Hey /ddg/, feeling generous here, im willing to give the sliders for both my pawn and my character which I have perfected since DD ps3.
Ok, what are the best skills and augments for Strider?
>inb4 it's magick archer not strider
The fact you haven't been hired once since you started pretty much confirms it. Or ask for someone to hire you and see if you get a notification or not when they release your pawn
You'll see that at some point, going pure fashion has huge downsides, because you will need the debilitations resistance given by high level gear if you dont want the game to be the most tedious thing ever.
Looking good is one thing, having fun while playing is another.
its not dark souls
>somehow got 13,000 rc from someone using my pawn
I-Is that a lot?
>Pawn only level 15, haven't been able to play after reaching Gran Soren
>Receive wakestone and a goddamn portcrystal
>"dude, level full assassin and swap to sorcerer, you'll be just as effective!"
no ones said that, and that is the rule to get that gear.
Just stick to one playstyle, meaning physcial or magical damage and you'll be fine. Though 10 levels in the "wrong" vocations doesnt mean you're fucked up if it helps you get good augments.
No one is saying "play 200 levels of x class then switch to y!!" You don't need to min max to make it through BBI, no matter what class you're playing as. It should go without saying that playing 200 straight levels of a magic class is going to gimp your physical abilities, that's just common sense.
I think I stopped caring
At least this guy sells me the divine surcoat
I really hope that the rerelease of the game will make a lot of new fan art.
I usually breezed through the game by choosing the bread and butter loadouts and skipping most of the story. It's kind of hard to explain how I'm trying to approach it but >>129148592 has the gist of it.
I'm not going to roleplay walking everywhere constantly though because fuck that.
Are you playing hard mode? Not all quests require combat. Focus on avoiding that shit until level 10-15 when you'll start surviving beyond your first hit. Just stick to goblins and wolves unless you have to fight other shit.
What enemies are where varies by time of day.
You can climb bosses.
Use the side quest progression guide.
Fuck up bunnies and gulls and shit.
Obviously if you only play just STR or just MAG then switch you will be weak from the start. That doesnt change the fact you should still be able to get through BBI by just cheesing with MA or Strider Skull Splitter or something.
In the Post-Game Everfall, there is a boss dragon that the entire playerbase for that console works together to kill.
After he dies, there is a 10 minute grace period where you can go in and get kill credit for loot.
I'm on my way home right now and I want to know if I'll make it in time for the kill.
How viable is it to ignore BBI armor? I just got there and my pawn's getting fucked over by Elder Ogres, but I want to keep her crusader look.
>My arisen and big brown amazon pawn heading to bed
oh yeah I get what you mean.
I've been treating the game like DMC then, equiping and using everything just for style. Playing with my enemy just so I can finish him off in the most badass way.
Though I'm not that crazy yet, cause enemys die so fast I can kill them in 2 hits.
how should I tweak my pawn's face?
I feel like it could be a bit better
>tfw your pawn finally gets hired for the first time
maybe one day I'll be popular
you lil bitch
you probably run from goblins too
>you can execute more powerful alternate combos by timing your button presses to coincide with your hits
>game doesn't tell you this anywhere
Ogres are tanky as shit. You also need to remember some enemies resist physical and some resist magic and enemies have varying elemental resistances and weaknesses.
Also, side quests damn it.
I just walked into the ur-dragon for the first time and he died. Didn't take much, I only had time for like 2 or 3 high maelstroms. Was this the grace period? Can you kill him multiple times in one grace period for more loot?
My super tall Arisen and his short but not loli sorcerer pawn.
>The "I'm pretty sure I'm working with the true villain" face
I just killed the Griffon at Bluemoon before he broke down the third gate. Did I miss anything great? I'd really rather not have to return to my last checkpoint, what with that being back at the Gran Soren Inn and all.
nvm about farming him. Just went back in and he's gone. I'm wondering if that was online, grace period, or offline. He died real easy. It looked like he had a lot of health that wasn't moving.
>Someone hires your pawn
>700 RC, 1*Ratings
She's up to an average of 4 stars now but it doesn't help when someone hires her only to apparently immediately throw her into the sea.
>tfw playing a warrior for this boss fight
I just had to wait for my pawns to fuck him up
time to forgery this fucker
Anon you could have done twice or more that damage from afar while safe with holy focused bolts while possible also knocking it down
In fact the sooner you realize holy focused bolts are better than any of your spells the better
>Complete BBL as a level 74 Magick Archer
>Some things were hard and had me changing my strategy to eventually beat, overall fun experience
>Doesn't take any fucking damage from me or my overpowered Sorcerer Pawn
>Tried literally every Magic Archer spell availible and eating one billion of those temporary buff things
>Decide to Cheat engine infinite HP and see how long it takes to kill it
>Spend LITERALLY one hour hitting it to shave 3 HP bars off
>Cheat engine myself to have 10k Magick and kill him because fuck you game
Yeah, real good final boss design there. Sure makes it hard if the boss has one trillion HP, not artificial difficulty at all. Literally the only problem i had with the entire game, why couldn't they have done a difficult but fun battle like Grigori again? Why is Daimon such an artificial difficulty piece of shit?
My Arisen and his pawn enjoying a night on the town. Thank you to anyone who rented Lillian.
>want to have Mercedes as my beloved
>forget that doing someones quest maxes their affinity
>turn in Reynard's quest because it's the last one I havent completed and then go to the castle
So does the knowledge table or whatever actually fucking work? I've been trying like 20 times to get my archer pawn to be a mitigator but her primary is still locked in scather. Can anybody help me with this?
pls anon, pls.
Anyway, WHAT ARE THE FUCKING SKIlLS AND AUGMENTS I NEED TO USE TO FUCK UP BOSSES AS STRIDER
My pawn finally got hired for the first time ever. It's a good feeling. Here's my first screenshot of me and my pawn. I don't usually go manlet mode but I wanted to see the difference in weight classes.
Is forging the gold idol supposed to take nearly all your money?
I have 188k and it says I need to pay187k
or do I have to do a mission to lower its price?
I recently changed my pawn but haven't taken any screenshots
Any other piratefags can tell me if there's a good solution for pawns?
Right now these generic pawns are terrible and I haven't seen a single loli, not to mention can't send my own even through meme-means.
I might just buy it since it's only $30 which for a port is actually a pretty good precedent o set so I should probably support them since it's not a terrible game for me so far.
I'm also broke though.
nigga what? I used Magick Archer against Daimon, used 4 times Magic Rebalancer while my pawns distract him and blast the nigga off with ninefold (thanks RNG for the ring)
Yeah I know about the weaknesses and whatnot, but my pawns weren't saying anything about it during the fight, and Grand Ingle, and the lightning spell were both doing apparently nothing. The wiki says theyre weak to fire but apparently theyre weak to lightning according to >>129148375
That part of the game is cool, because most quests tell you exactly what you need to do and where you need to go. Basically, they set your ''destiny''. But on the final quest it never tells you to whip out the blade and sudoku.
>when the Ur-Dragon fight goes horribly wrong and you're the last one standing
Well that's some fucked up shit that's not in the manual. I guess I'll go do that golem ambush quest for the nth time and kill all those snow harpies to drill that shit into her head
>Tfw was holding onto Ur dragons leg heart for the whole 10 minutes spamming gouge and chugging stam pots.
I must have doen way over a million dmg to him kek considering he fell over 4 times.
That's what I was doing, I put 30 minutes in and found none, closest I found was some ratchet looking bitch who was short but ugly as fuck.
I almost cried but at the time I hadn't seen another female mage in 5 minutes.
They do for the shop discount bonus. You give the real one to Caxton/Madeline but have your main pawn lug around the forgery for the 30% off.
Talk to the rift stone.
Yeah I think he was basically an assassin killing mudslimes. That's why he's all edgelord towards Shirou cause Shirou doesn't want to kill people or some shit but in the future he ends up blowing shit up anyway
get a job then
Even if it is a port, it's a fully functional game now, and it comes with the soundtrack and an artbook. Normally those are separate purchases, so they could have charged 50-60 for the full package. $10 each, even if mandatory, is a steal.
It's still bugged for many people
Hope you enjoy waiting more and more until the cooldown period of your pawn ends because Capcom doesn't even know what the fuck was the root cause of the problem and just reseted the servers
Got it, thanks! This game could give a little more extra info for beginners. I'm not talking about being spoonfed, but mentioning existing in-game mechanisms like food rotting or this search option.
>mfw game expects you to know that when you buy art of metamorphosis you have to go to the main menu and then there's a character editor option unlocked
>Uhhh... that weirdo broke in!
>What? I - Oh, I see what you're going for-
>You should have that Arisen thrown in the dungeon!
>Hey, let's not get carried away...
>Now hold on a fucking minute!
>mfw repeatedly stabbing myself just to get the dragon knight helm to drop

Not useless for Liquid Vims.
>Giant Rank Fish + Pickled Mushrooms
>Imperial Acid + Unspeakable Meat
You should advertise it. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find specific pawns? There are 100s of levels to sort by, and there is no shortage of poorly made lolis and amazonian pawns.
If you make a good one and share it with people, rep will follow. Or you can continue to cry on a malaysian art board.
tried to save the duke's bitch
I did not see that coming
Yeah it's pretty difficult to find decent looking generic pawns(not to mention about 96% of them don't have eyebrows, I don't know what the fuck is up with that), but there are some. Just gotta persevere.
Here is Margaritte.
>tfw you try to cuck the king and witness attempted murder instead
>is dark magic good against demons, holy magic is more effective for some reason
Are core skills important for Sorcerer pawns?
I never bought any because I thought they would detract from their magic skills.
Buy Act of Metamorphosis from old guy Johnny. He's in the room with the riftstone in the Encampment where you fought the hydra in the beginning of the game. It costs 5k riftbux and you can only buy it and use it once. If you defeated The Dragon then you can buy the Metamorphosis item that you can always use.
Likely for a mold. Pour hot wax into keyhole, disassemble shackle, congrats you now have a replica of a key.
How it becomes a skeleton key is uncertain, but you shouldn't delve that far into a fantasy video game.
how the fuck do you kill a golem as a sorcerer. high icel does nothing, bromine does nothing.
you're supposed to aim at the discs but you can't fucking aim with focused bolt (at least on pc)
I've been fighting it for like 30 minutes and only have like 1/20th of it's health down
>Update pawn at the start of the day since I plan on doing new vocations for augments and muh gains.
>Looks alright and has some decent gear, all DF
>Gave it the weapons from Greg (also DF)
>About to go sleep
>Decide to update pawn and see how it did for the day
>No gift, 3k riftbux and 3stars across the board
I guess thats fine too...
I want to train a sorcerer pawn, but I really don't know how to do it. What is a good way to get my pawn to actually use focused bolt and ingle to quickly kill things instead trying to cast maelstrom on everything she sees?

*sniff* /ddg/ has grown up so fast...
I'll never get tired of watching ogres and cyclopes fall flat on their ass after I shoot them in the face with my ranger
Because holy focused bolts from a staff is still far faster and safer at clearing 99% of the enemies in the game, leaving GC use only to a few boss like enemies.
Leaving Abyssal Anguish with nothing
the game has bee out for six fucking years
>having hopes for a general
could you fuck off back to >>>/reddit/
>saying she 'fell over'
you raped her
you raped dear little symone
Just arrived in the fallen city, is there a way up to the surface anytime soon? I've got a whole bunch of level 2 bitterblack stuff to purify and make my journey easier, but I'm not too keen on fighting the whole way here from the way down shortly after the bishop.
