I tried to install browserhax the same way I did but it doesn't seem to be working. His is 10.1.0-27 which says that sliderhax should work but even with the DNS on and switching the wifi off and on it just tells me that the browser can't be used at this time.

Just throwing this out there, theres a copy of mario paper jam as a region free'd .cia from a eur version on 3dsiso, it's busted don't use it. make your own from the .3ds instead.
It will crash when you get to the first papercraft fight, the giant goomba one. My converted version has no such problem.
