Why does the US allow civilians to possess dangerous weapons again?

Especially now that they're being used in massacres and drive bys against the armed forces and police, isn't now a good time to ban them?

The second amendment was created over 200 years ago. Why is it in any way relevant today? The United States will never be invaded. And the only threat to its democracy is the people WITH GUNS. So why does the US have a second amendment at all?

Guns, knives, "hunting" bows, and all other dangerous devices need to be banned. There's no reason to allow innocent people to die just so some morons can go target shooting on weekends and masturbate while dreaming of overthrowing the government.

Aside from our personal unconscious, we also possess a collective unconscious. Archetypes, manifestations of specific types of individuals, representations of behavior and thoughts symbolized. Every culture shares correlations in their mythology, and art, music, literature, philosophy, religion; what have you -- is always an attempt to explain the human condition, and offer a manner of living in the world.

Human beings evolved to thrive best under cooperation. Nomadic hunters would coordinate in order to bring down their prey. Civilizations were built by men united under a common cause.

Loyalty is being extinguished. Machiavellianism is the only route deemed rational. Self-interest, materialism, consumption.

Our personal and collective unconscious are constantly bombarded with lies, and psychological warfare is committed against all people. The family unit is being destroyed. Whores are rampant. Many men are promiscuous as well.

Churches encourage illusion instead of transcendent truth, governments represent their owners and not their people, mainstream art, architecture, and music is being turned to shit. The standards for all things from beauty, to truth, to reason are all but being executed.

The great, pure, and ambitious men of the West which built such grand and divine things, and fostered such ideas, will soon be replaced by barbarians of the sand.

Why do the kikes hate humanity so much? Why do the wish to quell the human spirit? Humanity is extinct. Replaced by artificially produced, superficial and unconscious worker-drones. The few who retain their sanity and reason, the great gifts of man, are dubbed as hatemongers and cast aside.

Backstory: The Sith were a race of "might makes right" humanoids. The Dark Jedis came to their planet, raided it, and yadda, yadda, yadda, the Sith we know came to be.

Now, there are two major eras, the Old Republic one, and the Galactic Empire's Reign. The recent one by (((J.J. Abraams))) doesn't count.

Anyway, in the Old Republic Era the Sith valued strength most of all, had massive numbers, and allowed anyone to join. If they were good enough that is.

In the Galactic Empire's Reign, Palpatine was a racist, misogynist and speciest, who made very little exceptions (Thrawn). The Empire was mostly straight while male humans.

So, with all that, plus the knowledge of all their philosophy, do you think the Sith ideology is /ours/?

Reminder, that Sith are fueled by passion, whereas the Jedi reject it. It doesn't mean they're mindless beasts who fight all the time, they just value initiative and taking matter into your own hands. They're powered by the feelings and not their "nirvana".
