I've been seeing a lot of hate for this record and I'm not really sure why. It won't be my AOTY but I am really enjoying it so far

Just finished listening to my first full playthrough and honestly no song really dissapponted me. Super consistent and thoouroghly enjoyable.

Circle Pit got me into breakcore/jungle as a genre; I'm definitely leaning towards Detrimentalist, Posers and Camera Phones, and the Chocolate Wheelchair Album as my favorite albums by him.

i'm a huge fan of Cavalcade of Glee and Dadaist Happy Hardcore Pom Poms. it's got this very "sour" but also very bright synth sound I've literally never heard on any other record ever, it's reminiscent of a lot of chiptunes music as well as a lot of old school trance and electro but way spiffier and fuller bodied. The only records that come to mind with this sound are metal records, like Absu's s/t, Sigh's Imaginary Sonicscape and to a lesser extent Boris' Amplifier Worship
