If there's any other Nick Lowe fans out there, his '80s albums finally got reissued. While it's fairly obvious why they remained out of print for so long, they're still decent.

Thanks for the info. I love Nick. I always thought Rockpile could've been brilliant if they'd stuck together. Actually tracked down pick related on vinyl the other day - wonderful record featuring them on a couple of songs.

Oh yeah, I've heard of that thing. Nice find. I found Brinsley Schwarz's Silver Pistol a little while back, too bad I only have one broken record player and one shitty one.
I take solace in the fact that albums 2-5 from Dave Edmunds and 1-3 from Nick Lowe are basically Rockpile's discography; I wonder if it'd be fun to mix the albums together and see if they mesh.

>Brinsley Schwarz's Silver Pistol
What a great album/band. I swear no one in the U.S. has any idea that they even existed. It's sad.

Apologize, Briancunts!
If he just admitted that he creatively stagnated Brian and apologized for it I'd respect him but he's such a fucking loser.
I'm so sorry, Mike. I don't know why I blamed you for Brian's shortcomings. ;_;
Anyone has heard about this masterpiece?

Yeah it does look hard to get round, only downside. There's a new update for it that makes the interface look a little easier to use though. The Digitakt looks like a far simpler version to use but seems way more limited also
Space is the Place to Escape Purists edition
Here, free of puritan jazzfags, we discuss wonderful jazz composers such as Sanders, Ra, Coltrane (Alice & John), Tyner, who pioneered the movement of 'Spiritual' or 'Astral' Jazz.

Deep /mu/core is stuff that can be regarded as pretty /mu/core, without normies wanting to touch it. Albums you may see on many patrician charts but never on normies and new people's charts.
This is both for albums and artists. I'd even go as far as to say Swans counts, as most people would never want to sit through a 2-hour experimental rock album. The debate can be had, so feel free to discuss.
If you never heard the term before, consider this the beginning of it.

So is it True /mu/?
It's true, and it explains why this board is so shit
no not really
The issue is he won't commit to one role.
He hides behind the fact that "it's just my opinion" and often he does little to no analysis on why something is bad to him (he just defines what he didn't like as if it's inheritely negative without further explanation). He's basically a glorified blogger.
But then he also talks about how he's one of the biggest critics in the industry and acts like his reviews should "count".
You only get to have one or the other. Either do your job and actually analyse/critic music or shut the fuck up and do your shit tier video blogging.
