Been making music for a while now, and would really like to know a place to discuss electronic music production/ask for advice and opinions.

Other than 4chan, of course
>chilling with friends
>put morton feldman's second string quartet
>confront myself and my self (as an ontological historical entity) with the mirror of atonality (as a mirror is not an empathic but a reflexive entity, alien to the space and time it reflects and only existing by itself in relation to the other) and realize the boundaries of human thought, comprehension and consciousness
>reach rational ecstasy
>pleb friend gets up and says "what is this silence shit, lmao, put some nirvana"
>get angry at their rockist subaltern consumption conditioned by the structures of power of the imperialist white economies, but contain it
>calm myself down by remembering quotes from finnegans wake, my favorite book since i was a teenager
>mfw can't express myself because i'm a spectator in the society of spectacle
"It is not the slumber of reason which engenders monsters, but vigilant and insomniac rationality. - Gilles Deleuze"

Are these guys good live?

i feel like their fans would be really easy to fuck
lets be honest this is the only redeeming good album out of the whole p4k/indie scene. that will stand the test of time as decades move on.
the mac demarcos, grimes, fjm, arcade fires, death grips will never be on the level of impact panda bear produced with this release.
till this day i can't even tell what year it was made. its a timeless classic that will put him in the history books. not to even mention daft punk themselves reached out to panda bear out of everybody to help them make a comeback.
the mans a genius bow down

best beach boys album
Not even the best AnCo album
Is Limp Bizkit the best band of our generation? Two fantastic albums that were definitely the peak of the 90s nu-metal era, and summed up the zeitgest of the millenial generation
>>74347392
>of our generation?
you are the second anon that thinks 90s-early 00s music is part of "our"generation.
>>74347599
was this the worst post of our generation?
>>74347392
i dont understand why every time i get on mu, there is a limp bizkit thread. theyre albums are not really worth listening to. they dont really stand out enough from their contemporaries at the time (311, kid rock, etc) and i didnt bother with anything after chocolate starfish. to me they are just a mid/late 90s numetal footnote the same as all those late 60s garage bands are footnotes, late 70s disco act footnotes, and post 2000 indie rock footnotes.
i have a couple of their songs i keep in the 90s shuffler, but thats plenty enough for me.
if he goes down, will we finally be able to listen to Once Upon A Time In Shaolin?
Well if the only guy who has access to the copy of the album is in jail my guess would be "no".

We know visual kei fans are still hiding out there. Where are you?
Malice Mizer's 25th anniversary is coming soon, and there is a lot of speculation as to what is actually going down with it. Let's hope the show is actually recorded

Right here senpai, still listening to Blam Honey and Guniw Tools.
Hi there, I've decided to post this recent work here under the belief that it enjoys some kind of interest. There are 19 songs and 3 video clips (created and made domestically and with zero budget, saving some bucks for the blood). All the music is recorded in the living room of my apartment, with the same piano with which I composed the melodies [and next to the Christmas tree (also of summer, autumn and spring, of course) that I have next to it]. And although I have internalized that probably is not That Interesting, well...I don't know, if someone is curious, has a couple of free minutes and feel like watching/hearing some of it ... please go ahead. My only pleasure is that someone will dictate it as entertaining or interesting and enjoy it.
If anyone has any questions, shoot them.
I appreciate feedback.
