why do soccer/football players bother to work on their abs? or biceps? or any upper body for that reason

soccer players have godlike abs because of the constant muscular twisting/rotational work (between lower and upper body parts) that this sport requires. on the field, they are constantly changing directions, running in zig-zag, and balancing/looking for balance with their arms
also shooting/kicking require a strong, rigid body (hence the strong abs), otherwise the shot is weak
I'd say that for soccer players, after their glutes, their abs are their strongest muscles

But basically having this sort of gender neutral life just doesn't have me align with most trans women but also doesn't have me align with non-transitioning non-binary people.

I've been on and off hormones since I was 15, I'm fully engaged with other trans people my age, my friends are quite normative trans femmes and some non-binary people.

But like I still am in this weird path, I want to have my breasts removed. My stomach curdles when men I date sexualize them. I never had dysphoria around them because I was about a small "a" cup from 13 on.

I want FFS in one area but don't care about passing even though I actually can and did so for a bit in a new city.

I don't care about living a life that's different and markedly trans.

Is this all stemming from a supportive home that didn't push anything?

I even question why I'm having problem with this? But I think it's because it's so different and none of my friends relate. I feel illegitimate :-(

I was chubby for awhile but when the weight went away I still had them.

When I told my doc I was wanting to transition at 15 he was like "hm, I was waiting for this day" and asked if he could do the chromosome testing. This was about a decade ago so like maybe it was naive of him but I just took it to mean I was predispositioned to be low T from birth.

I never took the test, I don't think I'm intersex, I just think I'm lower T. Which may also explain why I'm so tall compared to my family or I don't look like them cause all my brothers are rugged looking.

Being trans means wanting to be identified as the opposite gender. The reason is almost always dysphoria. There are people who want to wake up as the other gender that aren't trans. Gender dysphoria means having a problem with not being your preferred gender.

It technicallly doesn't need to involve physical stuff but for the sake of fitting gender stereotypes it almost always has that component.

Feminine and masculine people internalize differently, which could lead to dysphoria if your impulses are masculine but your instinct is feminine (usually this is due to hormones).

I cant speak for non binaries, there's something strange going on there that i simply do not understand.

I've come to understand "trans" as the experience of having one's gender identity decouple from their physical sex. It's not about "opposites" or "masc/fem", though it's often expressed this way to avoid confusion in day-to-day life. most people, indeed all cis people, are cis because their gender identity aligns with their physical sex to such a degree that they are unable to distinguish the two as separate. I'm not certain whether perceiving a separation between them is an actual medical condition like the DSM suggests (which creates the argument for prognostic gatekeeping), or if it's simply a matter of being able to understand the concept and experiment with living in that space between gender identity and physical sex (which could explain the "trender" phenomenon coinciding with the proliferation of information regarding trans people).

I've wanted to be a lady for sooooo long but only now has it actually become a reality.

I'm too old, I think though. They tell me it doesn't matter, that the results I'm going to get are going to be perfect. That I'm going to actually be super fucking hot. I'm told that they won't believe such a body is for real. That boy looks just like a girl.

To be fair, I have unlimited resources to make it happen. It's the CIA that's helping me. Best surgeons in the world.

I also don't have to worry all that much about not passing when I get older. I'm not going to live that long. I am literally dying from a degenerative brain disease. I have 10 years left, tops.
