This may take several visits, this isn't the 1970s anymore, you don't get scripts for good shit just for asking, they have to rule out all the weaker options or they can get called into question by the DEA.

You just complain about the right symptoms and keep coming back, they'll eventually give you the good shit.... but ask for the hard shit by name in visit 1 and they'll make sure they never give it to you. With a competent doc it takes about 3 visits to finally get the shit that works. No doc prescribes narcotics just for asking in 1 visit.....
