Build one of these OP, I built this myself a few years ago when I got a new place that had a very angry ghost.

It's called a Proton Pack I'd look it up if I were you, instructions to build one can be easy to find with a little research. Just make sure you don't mess up on the Neutrona Wand, it's the most important part.
