The lawyer for the victims family had access to all the tapes (even the ones where Homolka's sister 15 yr old Tammy was accidentally raped to death with a horse tranquilizer, 14 yr old Leslie Mahaffy and 15 yr old Kristen French, both were sexually tortured and shown in court).
