Honestly it seems like a series of hurdles that need to be overcome, coming a distance only to face a wall of sorts that impedes progress until it can be addressed. The weird part about all of it is that given the direction of it you may end up being disappointed with the end result more than anything else, the question of if it'll work out and all that will always be present, but in a weird way it's like the feeling of finally making it somewhere and then asking "is this really what I wanted all this time?" perhaps the pursuit of it was what gave it interest, and when you realize what has finally come to fruition you might be a bit turned back from it all and wonder why it is that your were so interested in the first place. You have potential for sure, but the need to satiate that level of want or expectation is going to be hard. Not impossible, but overall your main issue is in compatibility rather than opportunity. You could have a partner reall soon if you threw caution to the wind and let standards go, but you don't seem to be about that life, so it's hard to find a relationship you can be content with. Honestly I'd say stick by those ideals, you're better off that way. Just know that other people of that caliber will have similar expectations too, so make yourself available and of the same level of people you expect in return.
